Oh no this is probably considered low-quality coffee by most Turks since there is no foam on it, that's the essential part of Turkish coffee. Some Turks even use soda or cold water to make it foamier and serve it like that to the guests. You don't need to add sugar if you don't use it, we have three types of it, sweet coffee (şekerli), medium sugar coffee (orta şekerli), and plain coffee (sade) Edit: I've learned that Lavazza is on the boycott list so switched to illy brand.
Actually, everything is the same but instead of using room temperature water use cold drinkable water, and after water, put the coffee into the cezve. At this stage, don't try too hard to mix the water and coffee together, as the coldness of the water increases, the difficulty of mixing them also increases, just let it be like that and you will get an extremely foamy one if your coffee is fresh.
