Great version lads -- very faithful to the live versions The Smiths did . So Craig would remember that one , Well he did actually write that one but didn't get his name in the brackets with Morrissey -- they did have to pay him legally if anyone doesn't know the story. It really was the least he deserved. But a really good version there boys ,nice one!!
@@alainwhytemusic definitely not one of his most lyrically impactful tracks, but and enjoyable and memorable single nonetheless. Being a big Roy Keane and Morrissey fan of course means it has a special place in my heart. I think a lot of fans enjoy it for it's quirky nature among Morrissey's discography.
Alain has a really good voice. Glad I got to see him and Boz with Morrissey live back in the day. Alain, Boz, Gary Day and Spencer Cobrin was the best Morrissey lineup imho.

Fantastic! That’s the closest we’re gonna get to the smiths folks. So good to see Alain, Gary and Spencer together playing again. Though Viva Hate with Vinne On guitar and Steven Street and the singles that followed were great! Your Arsenal and Kill Uncle was the best reincarnation of Morrissey after the smiths. I was fond of Craig Cannon until I saw and interview where he down played and didn’t speak to highly of Johnny Marr. Even to hint that Johnny is anything less than a great genius and one of a kind is an insult. Very great job as a whole Alain is always top notch on a level and league all his own as well. By far the best guitarist Morrissey had in his solo career.
