The only concern I have is the speed of the execution- its sooooo slow. And another one is that there is a step where you have to check breakers, why you checking and touching them multiple times? )

@@robmancuso7600 AND the speed is not in the green range, while the flaps are already up! It's still in the white range (meaning: flaps should still be used) for quite a while...
The owner of the aircraft wants to pull the MFD circuit breaker to prevent the MFD being damaged by possible Voltage peaks during startup. Transponder 7000 is standard for VFR flights in Germany.
It is not a standard operations procedure in Germany. According to the G1000 manual an automatic transponder mode is available that sets your transponder to GND on ground and ALT when you become airborne.
