What your freaking moron called president promised when he came to the west to tout phoney and fake promises that Ghana was a decent country came to pass. Any country deep seated in corruption does not have rule of law and so what you get is dishonesty, insecurity,impunity, sleaze, crime and related socioeconomic malaise. One should be tied to some political idiot in power to get some semblance of peace. So why will a person hoping to retire from the diaspora to Ghana beat themselves unend for the sake of just residing in Ghana? It just goes to posit the adage “travel and see”.

Ghana is a mess. No tourists wants to visit then hear hard luck stories or face corruption. If people choose another country then the leadership is to blame. Fix your house before wanting guests to visit.
Every house has one thing or the other to fix. Ghana is a developing country therefore faces problems that every developing country faces. Diasporans were fraudulently lured by a corrupt president that sold his country on a platter of falsehoods, corruption, impunity and disregard for the rule of law. We all went there and regretted ever listening to a phoney pan africanist who delighted in fake stump speeches to woo us Diasporans. Ghana has been robbed of its wealth and socioeconomic potential by a cabal of thieves who have desecrated the entire ecosystems by unbridled illegal mining aided and abetted by a ruling corruptocracy. It is no more a haven for us Diasporans.
Rightly said, the sitting president did not come clean and lured diasporans living them to their fate upon getting into the country without any proper structures to intergrat them safely and properly into the Ghanaian system but some equally met good Ghanaian people who helped them to integrate and made sure they were not robbed. As for the president, his cohort and corruption, the least said the better.

When people flee one region and move to another region, just know the is a cultural problem in that region that makes life unbearable. Rather just fleeing, sometimes we need to retrospect to findout what is it about us that makes staying in our countries amongst ourselves unbearable. How is our culture underserving us as a country, a region, and as a race. Running to another region then recreating what made you flee home is not a solution.

Cost of renting a house can be crazily high but as highlighted in the video choose outside the main city. For the locals it could be expensive but for foreigners it may be moderate because of their purchasing power. Thanks for this in dept video ❤❤❤❤
