Thank you for featuring a home in actual Las Vegas. 99% of all real estate videos are about the suburbs where the homes all look alike in each neighborhood and the lots are smaller than balconies on a high rise. Neighborhoods like this home in McNeil Estates, Scotch 80’s, Rancho Circle, Rancho Bel Air and Alta area…on large lots, mature landscaping and minutes from the Strip, downtown & airport are the jewels of actual Las Vegas.
Not a problem. I love the areas you named because those homes are on much larger lots and all have a lot more characteristic than today’s cookie cutter homes 🙌
This one has sold but there’s plenty of others. I’ve sold quite a bit inside that community. Shoot me a text and I’ll get you setup with what’s on the market 702-846-0334
I take it the the FLIPPER ripped out the original wood burning fireplace that probably would have been on the back wall. Go figure. Rule number, NEVER buy a flip.
Unfortunately, a replacement fire place can only be gas. The flipper removed a wood burning fireplace which was grandfathered allowing the use of wood logs. Flippers flip for profit and not common sense. If I was in the market for that house, I'd pass just for that reason. Looked back in 2005 in that neighborhood but was concerned about the general area and the homes have low ceilings which don't work today. Lesson learned for your flipper, don't rip out a masonry fireplace. @@donovanreyes
@@donovanreyes whats wrong with just owning your own house that you can do as you please with instead of having 1 person scream at you for cutting the grass wrong 1 millimeter then kick you out of the entire town.
It’s a great community and one of the best locations! Just off Las Vegas Blvd. Only minutes from the Strip and the airport. Let me know if you’d like to take a look at any units 👍
My only problem with that place is the location of the fridge.. I would remodel it a little. And I would put the cooktop in the center island and move the sink to Well and then I would move the double ovens. Where the fridge is and put it in a larger fridge. I'm guessing you would have to go and get HOA approval before you do any remodeling, right?
That would be a great remodel! A large 30 inch stainless steel refrigerator and freeze would look great in there! Yes, you’d have to get a HOA approval. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone has done a similar remodel already. Let me know if you’d like to take a look at any units 👍
I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT MADE IT OVER A MILLION DOLLARS. LOOKS VERY GENERIC STANDARD HOUSE. NOTHING ARCHITECTURALLY OUTSTANDING. WASN'T PRETTY AT ALL. THE COLOR PALETTE CLASHED A LITTLE BIT. MIXING GRAY WITH LIGHT BEIGE. MASTER CLOSET VERY SMALL FOR TWO PEOPLE. SUPER SMALL SECONDARY BEDROOMS.
