Hi friends I'm Lacey! So glad to have you here. 🙂 I'm an artist, singer, and wannabe homesteader! On this channel we'll be living life to the fullest in our tiny home! We'll be traveling, decorating, crafting, and vlogging! Check out all my videos to see what I've been up to! Much love, Lacey XO
Although we live on unrestricted property in the county in Central TX. We built to code anyway. Many places will allow tiny homes or shed to home conversions, but it's different everywhere.
I Love it big time 👍👍👍👍👍👍 yes I would live in a house like that. It so perfect. Thank you for you showing your beautiful home . God bless you both . Many blessings to you and your husband. ❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
The pen is for their safety especially at night. They have a pool and toys in there along with a large indoor area with fans to stay cool. They aren't always in the pen. They are livestock guardians and prefer the outdoors. I do have an older dog who lives inside along with 2 cats.
Hello nice to meet you, your place is great! I think you did a great job with the camera 🤳🏼 you had. I'm in So. California and wish we could build tiny homes 😊. Have a blessed day.@@lovelaceyxo
Yes I could live in a tiny house like that. It has all of the essentials and it is nicely decorated and furnished. I'm wondering how you heat it and is it warm enough? Great job in all of the work you both did. Thanks for the tour!
I love your outdoor decor not over done. I really like the heart door wreaths I have put off buying these, but after seeing them being used I will give them a try. Thanks for sharing.
I, too like room temperature water. 😊 How long and how hard was it to downsize to a tiny house? Which, yes, I could and would live in a space like that! ❤ Also how much did it cost to build just the house (not including furnishings)?
I'm sure everyone is different but for us we sold our home in April and by June we had moved into the partially finished tiny home. It took about 5/6 months to finish it out completely and I've changed or built things as we went. We've estimated we spent 25-30K on the house.
Your house is adorable. If i may make a suggestion, batteries stored in the bathroom is not a good idea because of moisture. They need to be stored in a cool dry space. ❤
I love your home and outdoor areas! I loved my 300 sq ft barn/ shed done as a studio. I lived in it for a few years, almost 4 years, after my husband died. It was on my daughters property, 3 acres & I LOVED it!!! Like I said, it was 300 sq ft, and I did it like a studio. Rugs and😮 draped "curtains" were used to help define the "rooms." My daughter and teenage granddaughters loved to show it off to their friends. I moved for a new love, and as soon as he retires in a year, we will be traveling full-time in our RV. If we find some land that just grabs us, we'll buy it & go tiny/little, probably 400 to 450 square feet. Again, you did a fantastic job on your home. God bless you and your family.
Your little house is Really! Cute and the fact that you have a washer and dryer makes it Extra nice. And your bathroom is large to me really happy for you. Yes I could live there what a Great! job.
I would love to buy a tiny home but cannot afford to buy a piece of land and run electrical and plumbing. I'm retired and on a fixed income. I live in Michigan and there are very few areas zoned for tiny homes.
Yes I didn't realize until reading some of these comments that tiny homes are prohibited in different areas. I have seen some RU-vid videos of tiny home "neighborhoods" almost RV park style where you can park a purchased tiny home. I've also seen the mobile tiny homes or tiny homes on wheels and that seems like an interesting concept to me if you're more adventurous 😁 I'm sorry I don't have any other solutions for your situation, this was our first attempt and my only experience is in building it.
Your house is very cute and nicely decorated. I've been in my small house 35 years. It's 636 SQ feet with basement. I have to ask you about the cabinet beside your bathroom sink. Where did you get that?
I’ve just found you and I’ve subscribed. Your tiny home is as cute as you are. A place for everything and everything in its place. You have a very relaxing and easy to listen to voice. Your home is very pretty with so many lovely personal touches. Now I’ll be looking at all your videos 😊
Aw thank you. I really appreciate your kind words. I've had to delete several rude comments today about how I talk and it's nice to hear someone likes my voice. 🩷
@@lovelaceyxooh you’re very welcome! I imagine it’s sometimes hurtful but you don’t let it bother you or affect your channel. I’m enjoying your content as it’s so different than how I live in a condo with lots of rules 😎!
❤ I love it. The only thing I would change is a regular house door with windows in it. And a smaller range good that mounts under a cabinet. Cabinet you can't have too much of in a tiny house. And I would change the stove out from electric to propane. 😊
Your property is beautiful! RU-vid has thrown channels into my feed that I would not normally watch tonight. You were one of them. I'm so glad! I loved it and hit the subscribe button. 💜❤️ have a great night!!
So cute... Install some of those roll out thingys/trays in your pantry so you don't have to reach back for stuff... Rolling shelves? Sorry can't remember what they are called.
I was just wondering. I've seen those electric fireplaces under flat screen tvs before in other videos. Does your tv get hot when you use them together?...oh and yeah. We owned a big house before..stay small..easier to clean ...😊
I have not encountered that problem in the last 2 winters I've used it. During the spring and fall I just turn it on for the fake fire glow, in the summer I unplug it. My only suggestion is to not cheap out too much on these things, you get what you pay for and I wish I'd have splurged on the bigger nicer one.
