i have 16mm f2.8 and 35mm f1.8 and recently i rented the zoom 24 105 f4. IMO the image quality of the zoom the lens at f4 is similar to the cheap primes lenes at f4. SO if you need versality go for the zoom. otherwise the primes are fine.
Bro as like your you tube video for cover half in short distance room which lense is better rf 16 mm pr 24 mm , Currently i have rf 50 mm but I can't record wide video because my room small
35 sucks at focus. other than that, its great. Viltrox made amazing 85mm lens that fast fast af to focus and ofcourse canon canned them. I managed to buy one before that andi love it
The 50-100 has two problems. Good iq and base but : you need to be fare away as the minimum focal distance is over a meter. Plus .. focus breathing that is really more than regular. I wish they would have a lens between the 18-35 and 50-100 from sigma in the art dc row
Hello Is the technic can be used to make new MARVEL intro or “CITY HUNTER” which played in Netflix ? I have searched many pages, but most of it made by AE. I tried 3Dtext in fusion but false.
Great video, I want to ask you a question, if I use komodo plus rf-ef 0.71x booster, and use it with DJI's Foucs Pro (ladir), do you have any lens recommendations? It seems that Sigma 18-35 and other non-cine lenses cannot be used with ladir.
Solid recommendations. Currently I use the 16mm, the 28 cookie lens, 50mm and the 100-400mm for long distances. Not sure if I will go for the 35mm, but definitely want to have the 85mm.
Love your rig man!! Quick question: how did you get to keep your camera LED screen on while connecting to an external monitor? And which dummy battery do you use for the RP itself?
I warm you. DO NOT buy this speedboster. One day it will split under the weight of your zoom lenses or heavier primes. In a pinch it will do but not something to depend on
I use an R10 (crop sensor) and I don’t want to be swapping lenses all the time and I don’t care about video so my perfect photography kit is as follows: -RF-S 10-18 mm for landscape, architecture and macro. -RF-S 18-150 mm for street photography, landscape, mild macro and short range telephoto (walk around lens basically). -RF 50mm 1.8 for portraits and low light photography. -RF 100-400 mm for wildlife photography and long range telephoto shooting.
Basically my identical setup, I just miss the RF 100-400mm But I plan on getting one. I was wondering if buying the 35mm is worth it, I want to do some baby photography and, although the 50mm could serve me well, I feel like the 35mm can give me extra flexibility with details with its macro capabilities. Moreover it would be a 56mm FF equivalent.
Solid points. I now Understand that each lense has a different use case. I’ve decided on the 16mm for the calling around old towns and such. Thanks for the video
Great Video. I might have seen you before on RU-vid.. but glad i saw you again. Im now a Fan... I own a few Cameras... Canon EOS M... was on my "Bucket List".. until a while ago.. i found one very low price... I will look around your channel to view all your videos about Canon EOS M... of course.. I am a fan of Zeek... he is a "Canon M God"... lol
Thanks. This is exactly what I was looking for, RF lenses that are affordable. I just ordered the rf 85mm f2, the next one will be the rf 50mm 1.8 and one day the 35mm 1.8. I have quite a few old EF lenses for sell and the money go for new ones ;)
The camera does shoot in 60fps now. It works in 3x3 mode using 2:39:1 aspect ratio. You can also get 50fps with 2:1 aspect ratio. That one is my favorite and offers the best resolution and bit depth
Add a pop filter to the HyperX (since the FIFINE had one) and also one big issue I saw is the FIFINE was angled parallel to your mouth while the HyperX was not, which probably attributed to it sounding different.
