Looks like you had fun getting this cast iron collection (from California?) ready for auction! At least, you could have felt what it is like to own them for a while.
6:15, oh noooo~ You're the only RU-vidr who basically made a review of this guy. Really rare! 8:20, awesome beyond comprehension. 8:40, let's fry some Waruders! 15:20, the only time we ever see this guy is the commercial and that was cool. You and RoboToyWorld are possibly the only RU-vidrs on the planet to review both Fortresses each. He did the main Robot Base which was already rare as poop. 20:20, I'm sure Takara Tomy will touch this with their Diaclone Reboot in the near future. Robot Base GX has already gotten a new toy to play with - the GX Sword so after that, who knows? Maybe Fortress X will be coming.
@@ZZtheDark so true. It has been a long time in the making, but I felt I needed to crack it out of the Styrofoam and share the fun. Thanks for the comments!
I have the second toy in the line-up. The cast iron horse with driver in a top hat. The story goes that the carriage was missing way back in 1925 when my grandma bought it at a junk shop. She was a young secretary in downtown Chicago. I wonder if it was a toy she coveted when she was a child.
I am a huge fan of Kilgore and Arcade dolls' house pieces. I don't have this model carriage but I do have a stroller, high chair, rocking chair and potty chair. So far. And an Arcade Royal stove.
Thanks for the feedback. Definitely unusual toys, but I found French toys tend to be undervalued. So the money symbol may happen or the money symbol may not happen, it remains to be seen :-) 🎉😅😊
Very nice boats. Some of the brand names were distorted in the audio and transcript. Seaworthy, heard that, but "Kilner' or Kelner German boats? And "the sticker from Maine Gale Playthings" ?? Maybe you could put some of these names in the description?
It has a boiler and if you added fuel it should work, yes. It 100 years old things like this always need to be reviewed by a pressure vessel inspector but they were made to be sailed and guns shot :-). ❤❤🎉
