hey man good run, ive been trying to follow this route, so at :42 where you get the checkpoint is that part required because I can't seem to get it there and when I do the jumps in the next room the textures don't seem to load for me. any tips much appreciated
the bsp load is ridiculously hard, I think that tool you use to make checkpoints is mandatory for this. i've been rawdogging it up to this point, I can consistently get to the explosion trigger now, but im hard-walled by the bsp load. can cheat engine and the tool cause any problems with anti cheat? I dont want to get banned, or mess up my files and lose my progress in my laso playthrough.
when I try to do the first bsp load the banshee gets stuck in the wall by the beam, hits a checkpoint, and i'm forced to restart the level from the very beginning. I'm trying to watch you do it closely so I can see exactly how to maneuver the banshee but maybe i'm just bad, I cant hit this one. does the banshee make physical contact with the beam, or is it just hovering close to it? In my experience so far, barely touching the beam will clip the banshee into it and it gets stuck which ends the run completely. this trick is seriously hard to master, I've made a lot of progress and can consistently get up to the first bsp load now. I need to learn this or ill be forced to actually play through the level to continue the LASO playlist and that is just not acceptable.
i got black bars for the final run but no flood spawned (you said i need to kill 5) and when i got to the final trigger nothing happened. do you know why?
thank you I was never good at any tricks but after waching this and trying the trick a few times I did it in the 1st jump 8 try's and realizing the d pad on the controler is nesesery the 2nd in 2 try's and the 3rd 1st try
I can't express how much this helped me. Compared to other guides I was uselessly flopping around looking for hard visual queues and learning specific durations to hold strafes for. Your guide is quite simply "look at these funny little lines and dots and hold W with your mouse" AND IT WAS SO MUCH EASIER THANK YOU SO MUCH I GOT IT SO FAST!! I've been absolutely loving learning how to run CE and your guide really helped me a lot with this tough trick.

I was watching a different vid that set up the fling at the other end with the sentinals and I already got that one down fairly well but he went on the tightrope and the angle would not let me hit it. 3 tries and I got the door jump here and I finally did igt! Now to just do a run where I get it quick... after some fun doing the loads and getting the route correct
Buttonless is @ 59:53 when he rockets the reactors to destroy them without actually opening up the shafts. It is faster way to destroy the reactors but is also a fairly RNG trick. While there is a specific place you have to rocket the reactors to get them to blow up, they still sometimes won’t blow up anyway
im 2 weeks late but im guessing it's either only working on easy mode or it's because you can steal a banshee on heroic/legendary by manipulating the banshee's pathing or something
Interesting... the weather patterns here seem natural, not artificial. I wonder if the ring's environment systems are malfunctioning? Or if the designers wanted the installation to have inclement weather? This is fire team zulu requesting assistance from any UNSC forces. Does anyone copy? Over.
