I agree. I've got a half mile track in the park behind my house and it's beautiful, but in the extremely hot or cold weather I prefer to walk on a treadmill in my air conditioned/heated basement. I watch educational dvd's and time flies by. The old guy on the trail is younger than me, but i concur, it's dangerous walking on trails alone. I have no danger strangers in my basement. Nice video, thanks for sharing.
I got rid of meat (including fish) about 2 yrs ago. I was a vegetarian for 10 years and then came back to being omnivore for about 8 years, although this was a bad decision :D So I'm back to vegetarian diet. I've become gluten sensitive after a nasty treatment in 2012 and it sticks with me. Everything processed makes me feeling like a baloon (particularily my face and hands). Dairy products are terrible for me - I start to sneeze straight away and I can feel my sinuses and eyeballs getting swollen. I try to eat mostly raw, but it's hard LOL You're not alone with all these weird food allergies or sensitivities. It all seems to stay and not wanting to leave… :/
I'm interested to see how this works for you. I've lost 60 pounds too since going vegan and without restricting calories, but now I've plateaued and I'd still like to loose 20 more pounds. Good luck with your fast. 😌
Thanks for the shout-out. I've been really lazy because I didn't like my indoor lighting, but I plan to do more videos in the pretty weather. I appreciate your mention and I really enjoy your videos too. Thank you. 😌
I have about 5 frozen bananas a day, in either smoothies or banana ice cream. I really enjoy them and figure it's so much better than what I used to eat.
OHHHHH So I didn't know that you had lost a lot of weight... The flab will start to go away... I used to weigh 285 and I didn't have to have surgery ... Just lots of water... healthy eating and juicing... RAW 80-90% if you can... and it will catch up with the rest of your body... It just takes time...
I personally think that it is a transition and that it will go away - unless you are eating FAT.... It hasn't been long enough to tell yet. I am feeling a bit flabby myself... ugh.. lol Thanks for sharing. Helps us all to know that we are not alone. :) ...and you're not alone. Trust me... I can't say that I've been through it... but I do know that you have to keep up the cardio... crunches are not that important... SWEATING is. :)
Heyyy just a thought :) Could it be maybe that some bloatedness has reduced? Like, I'm so often feeling bloated as I have a sensitive digestion.. and the belly feels a lot firmer and harder when you're bloated.. the fruit would reduce the bloatedness and so the skin would feel looser :) I would just give it time, but first of all listen to you intuition <3 Love your vidssss <3
I love bananas with dill!! It's so yummy isn't it? :) Interesting, when I did my first Banana Island I had a blemish under my eye come out the first day! heh, it did go pretty quickly :)
This was very inspirational. I have a jean jacket that I have held in to forever with that same emotional attachment. I can't fit into it yet but I'm on the right track and your video made me believe that I too will wear it again one day!
Yes, I do think being raw is very important, but I think being vegan is more important. I try to stay about 90%+ raw, but I don't beat myself up if I have a bowl of rice or a baked potato :)
