heartbreaking. not impressed. a 22 yr old man winds up drowned in their river, missing clothing, wallet, etc and they don't think this is a crime??? NOT impressed. really disgusting. too bad he wasn't with real friends. too bad this stupid bar didn't have the decency to call him a ride. condolences and prayers for his family. really sorry frenemies. and somehow they think we are going to by into their story. disgusting.
If his body was found under something in the river, which was a few miles from the bar. How did he get there if he was found miles away from where his phone and watch stopped pinging. Their explanations don’t make sense to me
Heard that Nashville had another possible"accidental drowning" pulled from Cumberland this week!? Same area too? And a female before that....and another man while searching for Riley!!?? 🤔🤔🤔
I can say this The water was up that weekend 4 to 7 Feet Higher If he went in there , they wouldn't be a Credit card 💳 left on the bank it would have washed down the river Especially The water was very high it would have washed it down the. And when the water was going down A light weight plastic card , wouldn't been left Allegedly Guessing Someone put it there after the water went down & I believe he was carried way down river and hidden 💔
I'd also like to see any potential video footage from the previous bars those guys visited. Just because Luke's was the last bar he was in and was kicked out of, doesn't mean that it was where he might have been drugged.
The source article from the local news channel says they have "learned toxicology is now back and to go with the completed autopsy all indications are what happened was an accidental death and drowning. No evidence of trauma or that Strain had been drugged and no sign he the was victim of a crime." Read: www.newschannel5.com/news/riley-strain-autopsy-indicates-accidental-drowning
I sure hope their PI is honest, & not intimidated to lie for the corrupt system. So much is clear to the rest of us. And I saw a video here on RU-vid that gave a very concise description of what he believes happened. His drink had to be “Ruffied”. And the fact that the member responsible for him abandoned him, only makes that deliberate act look even more likely. If their surveillance doesnt show any barbecue sauce accidentally falling into his drink then we have to suspect tampering. Thats a pretty simple matter to clear-up. - If he was drinking harder liquors then those could have definitely messed him up that bad, & guys often do drink the harder liquors .. so we need to know exactly what he consumed all night that night (they were bar-hopping). Wish his friends never under-estimated the situation & left him to take care of himself. Hope they have learned that lesson now:(
I find it impossible for Riley to end up in the river and the way he was found! I back the parents of Riley. There are still questions that need to be answered.
How horrible for the parents. I still feel his “brothers’ that he was a part of in college should not have deserted him if he was that “drunk”! Brothers are supposed to take care of each other !🙏🏻😢
Tasted funny & not found in system... GHB It has a very salty, gross almost chemical taste to it, fast acting and isn't detectable after a few hours and must be specifically tested for. The behavior of a person on it mimics being excessively intoxicated
I'm kinda tired of police saying "no foul play" just bc they are too incompetent to find any clues. The absence of found clues does not imply none exist.
GHB can be found in urine for 12 hrs, blood for 8 hrs, saliva 6 hrs, but hair up to a month. Not sure if being in water would affect that. How about the fact that he texted his mom from there and told his his drink tasted really strange ! Maybe that was why he got the waters, because he started feeling weird! Was he assaulting someone? Or was he just maybe falling over and looking drunk? Maybe they should have made sure he was ok. How was he even served anything if he was that Brad in the first place? He wouldn’t all of a sudden get really bad after 1 drink and 2 waters, so if he was so bad, he shouldn’t have been served anything. If he was fine enough to serve him more, then something had to be in that drink! When they say a person from his party followed him downstairs, but they didn’t leave with him, and went back upstair, I read it was because they made him go back up and pay the bill. They could have stood with him for 5 mins while his friend paid instead of making him leave without his friend. Sorry, but I hope they sue the shit out of them. Especially since there is record of his text!
This is very odd. I can understand his clothes coming off - even cowboy boots. I can understand his wallet missing in the Cumberland. How did his credit card end up on the bank of the river? The bar said he had one alcoholic drink and two waters. That's not enough. Not for a 22 year old's liver. That's not nearly enough. I get that he's from out of town. and I don't know the area, but credit cards don't like come out of a wet wallet and float up on the bank. I think somebody doesn't want to spend more money on the case. His family should keep pursuing this for sure.
i wonder if he was hot and wanted to swim and took his boots off but that does not explain his check card being on the bank unless when he paid his bill he put his check card in his pocket instead of pulling his wallet out.
😢 no signs of trauma? But we all saw what looked like he really banged his head hard after he left the bar when he tripped and fell into that sign/pole. 😢
How dumb are you people ?? They worded this so carefully......"no drugs or trauma found". Really ?? What the hell was his Blood Alcohol content ?? My guess would be that it was off the charts......like a 2.8 or maybe a 3.4...........basically 4 times the legal limit to drive. That wasn't included in this "report". Standby for a whole lot of disappointment, all of you conspiracy theorists.
I am so thankful that she is ok. Please please please please please please please get checked out because sometimes injuries don't show up for a day or two.
The river he was found in was strong and if Riley had unzipped his pants to take a pee and with being drunk and then didn't zip up, his pants would have easily been released from the body, same with waterlogged boots after two weeks. There is no doubt in my mind that as inebriated and lost as he was, he desperately wanted to lie down somewhere and pass out for a while. He was near the water's edge so either his whole head went in or if his mouth was not completely in the water, the incoming tide while he was passed out would have caused his drowning. This was a tragic, tragic accident, a perfect storm meaning ''perfect storm refers to an unusual combination of events or factors that produce an unusually bad or powerful result. It’s like when several negative things happen simultaneously, creating a situation that couldn’t be worse.'' It is what it is. I pray that Riley's family finds peace in his death. That's a hard one.
The bartender and security are probably “tight”. Bartender slips something in a drink, sends a message to security, or makes a gesture. His drink didn’t taste right, there was something in it, and being submerged, dead in the water is why nothing comes up on toxicology. The private detectives that have analyzed every bit of video from the bar probably never saw anyone put anything in his drink, and that’s because the bartender did it.
Do we know that he was in the water the whole 2 weeks or whatever? Could it be possible that he was not in the water for part of that time, even a day or less? Would the drugs be worn off or out of his system if he was kidnapped for some reason then dumped into the river after a short span of time had lapsed? I'm just trying to think outside the box as I am ignorant of most of the details and repercussions.
That he didn't have any pants , underwear or boots on screams a crime happened...He was probably S.A'd before that person did something to him, and i saw a comment somewhere else that there were numerous cases like this down there where they didn't have pants or shoes on......
Roofies stays in the bloodstream 5 days max..... This autopsy was never gonna show anything other than just keeping the story alive for someone to come forth
