I have a question on the barcoding. When I take image of fluorescent particles with fluorescent microscope or confocal, we see a position shift between the 488 channel and all other channels. I don't know whether the imaging part of the nCounter system meets the same problem. If it does, the position of the blue dot from the image will misalign with all other channels. Then where should we place blue dot in the image? If we put it in the wrong place, we will get the wrong barcode.
