Thank you for your wonderful analysis after the tournament’s already played out. You should be hired as a soccer pundit since you are such an expert! Give me the exact score of the final so I can place a wager and win some money…
Exactly. All of that, plus all of the retreads from Conte/Jose etc when they need to be cycled out and they were Top 4 a lot of the season when many picked them to finish 7/8
@@StusSoccerShorts I’m dead serious, they’ve been absolutely stagnant since Pochettino made them a big PL club. Still no trophies, still a banter club. I’ll be impressed when Ange gets them challenging for silverware, but until then they’re in danger of becoming a midtable club again. Making a UCL final is impressive, but that just means they were the last to lose in that competition, which they haven’t challenged for since. In the league, 5th this year, 8th last year, 4th, 7th, 6th over the last 5 years, so I would say that 5th this year is a completely normal, routine, unimpressive result for them. Out in the 4th round of the FA cup this year, 5th round last year to Sheffield Utd, and out in the 5th round again 2 years ago to Boro. Absolutely unremarkable results season after season, and this one was the exact same. Arsenal have taken leaps and bounds in the last 5 years from banter club to true contenders, and spurs are well below Liverpool and City in that time as well. Nobody thinks of Spurs as true contenders for any silverware. They did lose Kane and Lloris, but spent big (without big results, even though Vicario is good) to replace them. I think I’ve proved my point.
Forest’s metrics put them around mid-table. Also the refs screwed them in the Everton game. xG: 49.9 15th xGA: 53.2 5th XGD: -3.3 12th (Better than Man United)
They even tried to ask Stuttgart's manager, not like he just made a new contract with Stuttgart to make it clear for Bayern Munich that hes not available for them or any other clubs
Watkins was incredible his record this season as put him there is Aston Villa history but to be honest his second half of the campaign he didn’t Scot that much but foden his performance as been more consistent than Watkins not saying his wasn’t but it wasn’t as consistent as fodens’
@@StusSoccerShortsnah bro. A respectable stat is like least dribbled past per 90 or something like that. Saliba has been good but it’s embarrassing when they make the stat soo specific so only he remains. They might aswell have said only french defender named saliba in arsenal.
How do you figure? It’s saying that he’s barely been dribbled past while playing a minimum minutes. I’m sure there’s hundreds of players that have been dribbled past less than ten times but most of them are reserve/squad players
