It would be cool if you could make the tennants homeless if we charged too much, then have to balance the rent with what people can pay. We already know the employment rates of the towns from that guy who does the census videos!
a couple of years ago when the game first came out (before the CC at like the end of the last DLC) he had a never leave sanctuary challenge (ok he could leave but only as far as the first car after crossing the bridge, but that was just to reset the plants)
not saying that the mod Nipton rebuilt isnt a decent if limited mod you do understand that the "settlement system" in FO4 was originally a mod for FNV called Real Time Settler ( RTS ) and Bethesda took it without the modders permission or without paying them for it and used it in FO4
@@ValePlaysGames before the modder quit nexus (got removed by nexus if being honest) it said on the RTS nexus page that Bethesda ripped off his whole mod and didnt even credit him just made out it was their own thing so it wasnt inspired just Bethesda being Bethesda
Not sure if anyone has mentioned it or if you’re using the mod already but if you want to add Conqest Of Skyrim too this list than you’ll be able to take over the rest of Skyrim and expand your empire 💯
@@ValePlaysGames I’ve already played a whole play through of conquest of Skyrim, you just have to make sure you finish all side/main quests before you start and also don’t touch the civil war quest let the conquest be that. I play on Xbox so if you have a good PC I’m sure you’ll be able to get it working
The market stand you should have to jump through hoops to get better vendors. The better the vendor the more difficult to hoops. Or maybe you could just pay lots. Or pay even less depending on your speech
This gives me hope that survival isn't THAT bad lol but me also steaming like a teapot cause I'm watching you connect purifiers to a gen instead of linking the purifiers to one another then attaching the gen 😂
Fallout New Vegas getting recreated in Fallout 4’s engine. Settlement building becomes very viable, so the player can create to their hearts desire. One caveat, though. All buildings are ‘open’, so no loading screen.
@@ValePlaysGames you need antibiotics or Dr stand Depends on your play style I run both and pull into settlement heal get rid of rads etc Antibiotics is must cause of infection take 20% extra damage or 50% less action points Hope that help
It’s called nipton rebuilt and it was made by a modding RU-vidr called alchestbreach. Get it if it’s your first time, it’s a real good mod with even a quest to finish. Anyway there’s also a newer remastered version that adds a bit more made by a different person Edit: There’s some bugs you need to know. 1. Always save and check after buying a upgrade. Sometimes it doesn’t load in right and you don’t get the property showing up right. 2. Always buy tenets first. For some reason tenet 1 upgrade disappears if you buy the doctor 3. I recommend to get as much as you can from the mod is use a Mod manager and have it where the original mod is first then get biotin rebuilt newer version since it adds new stuff. The reason I say have the old one first is because the remake is missing some files the original has so let the newer one overwrite the old one Then download the niptin radio station to get a whole new radio and lastly get the mod pack which lets you pick the flag you want to fly in nipton.
I really want this to go into a full blown series like the one in Skyrim, the way you make content is like a jewel in the midst of the desert, its relaxing and not too much
So do I, settlements are great but I wish it was a couple of plots you could choose and customise everything with a load of pre builds and interactive npcs
There is a mod where it adds a character in the Yangtze memorial called "Pearson Gravey" he will tell you a settlement needs your help and he will promptly fly into the sky
