I put Wahl Brothers drivers on my sled , my son ordered a set from SLP too , but they sent him Avid drivers and said they were the same thing , even though they don’t advertise Avid in their catalog ,
Great video Tom! Thank you. I just sorted out our 2017 Cherokee Trailhawk V6 in 10 minutes. Thanks for pointing out the Darth Vader sound as a symptom that is exactly what I noticed in our Jeep. I hooked up the can and Guage to the system like you explained and right away could see it was low. It only took 5 short shots to bring it up to correct pressure. I let sit for 15 seconds to see if pressure would drop but it didn't. Checked the air temperature coming out of the vents and it was really cold. Job done! YOU CAN do it yourself everyone!! Don't give up your hard earned dollars to corporate greed.
7 min is a bit long for this. But thank you. In short, connect to the ac line in your respective vehicle, start car and max ac out, put the refrigerant in and fill to the green.
I really hate hearing "it was just a little low" or "the dealer wanted $××× for a recharge". If it's low on refrigerant there is a leak somewhere. Plain and simple. You can spend money on refrigerant and get it going cool again but depending on how big the leak is determines how long it's gonna last before you have to do it again. If there's no leak at all you won't ever have to '"recharge" your ac system in your car.
Been running the munster bushing for 3 years. The only thing is you have to beef up the lower arm. If it breaks the upper arm can fall and slice your track in half.
Agreed, I have the 23 expert and miss the t-motion. I'm looking next year to go back to t-motion, will the ZRP triangle work without the bushings in the 23 expert?
@@chriskiwior7778Chris, I’m not sure on the 23’s. ZRP could probably tell you. It doesn’t seem to me to be any different but there may be subtle changes I don’t know about.
Interesting how the instructions I got with my rails, and the instructions on their website mention nothing about those m8 to m10 bushings. Wondered what they were for.... Oops. That's probably why I just about lost the lower fts bolt today
I’ve had these on my gen 4’s for a couple years. I’ve never heard of a spring breaking. I could see if using a brand that doesn’t fit correctly would cause binding but that’s not an issue with the Bushpusher’s they fit and don’t bind
Michael, honestly I rode it half the season locked and half the season not. It doesn’t make that big of a difference. I actually prefer it with the t-motion better.
Is injection molded plastic strong? How Strong Are Plastic Injection Molded Parts? - Nova ... The tensile strength of plastic injection molding is typically between 3,500 and 10,000 psi. This is significantly higher than metals' tensile strength, typically between 1,000 and 4,000 psi.Dec 12, 2023
You should really just get rid of those torsion springs.. one of the first things I do to my sleds! Makes the handling of the snowmobile so much better. The Tom’s torsion spring delete kit. Also, Zbroz has a coil over RTS that is steller!
Couple things: A- do not forget that plastic ring inside secondary helix to clutch( he said that) B- you have a ton of yellow loctite in the end of jackshaft and on stock bolt.. you gotta clean those both up and make the new Loctite grab the best. Otherwise the new loctite adheres to old stuff which does nothing and the bolt rattles out.
Hey i just ordered a cold air intake kit for my 2009 XP, i got the upper vent under the window and the lower vent on the airbox and i was wondering if i need to do anything else other than install the vents and how it works
Heel bolts on those reminds me of "heel clicker" weights for polaris and cat clutches that came out around 2000. Do you ever grease the roller needle bearings? I was thinking of using redline cv grease. Seems like car cv joint grease is under as much load and centrifugal force and heat as a clutch would be.
Your bolts are never the same distance on the back wheel and set bolts I use a tension spring tool to set the track to both side this is why they have this tool I was shocked at how bad one side was off by measuring and matching… other then that good video I’m just getting ready to do mine..
Good video EXCEPT: As you climb in altitude, the atmospheric pressure generally decreases. The relationship between altitude and atmospheric pressure is often described by the barometric formula. In general, atmospheric pressure decreases with increasing altitude
