I think ragna can win to the rks but it's a tough match maybe if the ragnalord gets on board fast enough he can kill the rk before they can answer but because the deck still somewhat slow I think most of the times rks should find their pieces to control ragna from alphamon making impossible for them to attack, ulforce taking out their sources or just gallant destroying it 2 times.
We can definitely try! One of the barriers to it has been just making sure the editing can keep up but we will see if we can adjust our set up to just use physical cards maybe? It's for sure an idea we have been playing around with. Were there any decks you were looking to see?
The blue base is more consistent, but the Pepsi base is just so explosive. The ability to drop lui as your tamer off ancient’s deletion has allowed me to keep turn many times and keep cycling ukkos. One card that I also think should be an auto include is omnimon.
for sure; hybrid decks are so flexible with their rookie line ups that it opens doors to this sorta spice 100%. Lui and ukko definitely up the decks explosiveness for sure
Not sure how I feel about promo Lobo in the red version. Not having any blue lvl 3s to evolve on and no way to get it on a tamer or slide on another hybrid makes it rough to use. Beowolf requires it to be in the trash to use it's effect, and crossing it into Ancient doesn't get you much benefit since it inherit is for evolving into Ancient anyway. Honestly I'd just work with the BT4 Lobo since it's another name, and it can evolve on a blue tamer.

Anytime my guy! Hope all is well -- TJ and I won't be in GenCon but some of the others will be so i'll have em be on the lookout if you and the crew will be there again!
@@HyperColosseum my thoughts exactly, but also one of my friends plays the Diaboramon deck and having TJ explain the techs in it really helps me when I face him
Let's gooooo, Camera Cursed again! Somehow my worst set of games of the night is once again the game that goes on Camera. I think I could've won game 1, but I forgot to draw off of Koromon at 4:20 and that missing card draw ends up being critical: Everything proceeds as normal until we hit my last move of game 1 at 8:40, I have Sunrise Buster in hand but I need my 4th bt13 Marcus to kill the Ace stack. As a reminder I've played 1 and bottom decked the other 2 off of AguX searches, and I need it because Diaboro Ace is 11k and I can only pop a 9k with the tamers on board and in hand. So I evolve into Rize in the back with the assumption that I could lose but TJ would need to have "the nuts" to win, and of course the card I draw is my 4th Bt13 Marcus which is just typical. After which point TJ does in fact have "the nuts" and wins that next turn. I also reveal to TJ at the end of the game that my early grab of Bt12 Shine instead of Burst mode (2:30) was wrong in hindsight. Game 2 turned out poorly cause I wanted to get an Agumon to choke TJ to 1, but mulliganed into a hand without a rookie and TJ was able to take that dead turn and turbo into a board I couldn't remove and I had no tamer on board or options in hand to use. Ouch. This might seem like a really weird shine build, but it does actually work pretty well. Provided that you're lucky enough to draw decently...
I like it a decent amount, and it does have some advantages that you lack in Tribal Shine decks. Of course there are several new drawbacks to deal with, like AguX bottom decking Marcus and needing to pay 4 cost to go into a lv5 for the times you can't cheat with a Bt12 Marcus, but overall I feel like you're gaining more than you're losing. New Pros. -Agumon X rounds out the lower end rookies really well, personally I don't really like AguX in the Tribal build because of all the times you'd much rather just see your tamers off of a search, but with the promise of another protection layer and the free evolution card draw I think it's worth it now. -Bt5 Greymon is actually super sick in this deck, half the time with Tribal I feel like I'd be at 2 memory, have a rookie and a Bt12 Marcus and be stuck either swinging (and losing) Marcus or just evolve and hope I can still attack next turn while I continue to set up this turn. Now you only need 2 memory passed over from the opponent to get a protected Marcus swing going - Unless the opponent is running a memory blocker rookie, but that's pretty rare for now. Point is that evolving for 1 into something that has a usable name and inhertiable is great. -Greymon X Protection is just straight up incredible once you get into a lv5 or higher, forcing your opponent to have either multiple removals, have the more unique removals (dedigi, securityification, tuck under), or Battle the stack somehow. Your opponent won't have much to respond to if your board is tamers and a stack with protection. If you like Shine and your locals isn't just Numemon and MagnaX, this deck works pretty well, and I do recommend it. Hard to say if Bt17 would make me add anything other than maybe a new Burst Mode, the new stuff is kinda rough.
thoughts on adding RaijiLudomon? Its a 2 cost Laplace Palace that also acts as a 1-of deletion protection. I feel that no one ever attacks on Level 5 to allow DNA Blast Digivolution
It's an interesting though for sure -- Raiji can definitely be chucked in anywhere tbh and really good for these new jogress decks. I do feel like Maste is prone to bricking and consistency and adding in a piece that is whiffed by pretty much all of your search mechanisms can be rough. You are definitely right in that it is a 2 cost Laplace so might have go back to the lab and see if it works!
@@HyperColosseum yeah I was thinking bout using them at x2 (maybe x3?) just as option cards. Maybe cutting 1-2 Chaos Degradation since it is not the best vs Nume/Magna. Thanks for the response :D
6:18 can't use leomon's effect cause he has to swing directly into something that's higher DP, not just a normal attack into sec 13:47 i did my math wrong, i was gonna go for the otk there with seiken meppa in hand LOL; worked out regardless cause of the mimi
Imperial player definitely misplayed game 1 by going into their fighter mode ace early. If they left the dragon mode out, they would've been able to go into the ace when jesmon played out a sistermon (by dragon modes effect), bottom decking the jesmon and stopping the combo. But as the video stated a bunch, this is all for play testing and just for fun
it depends, I don't remember what I had in hand at the time, but if he still had dragon mode out, I would've chosen not to play out a sister with bt6 savior, evo into jes x, play bt10 ciel with effect the on play of ciel would activate first due to turn player priority to evo into gx, tucking magna and making gx unaffected at that point he can ace to bounce a sister but overflow or just leave it as dragon mode and lose the stack
@@PinOytaku Even if it may not have affected the final outcome I think it's still the right play to avoid the overflow and reduce the sistermons on board. Just having the threat there to make you work around it (or in case you misplayed and played out a sistermon early) is still the better choice than leaving a vulnerable ace on board to get free memory from.
Sorry for the late reply! But I personally like the revelations build -- it hasn't been super successful for me but it has been very fun in playing. I have been having the same problem mainly with just being able to build a board but then going sorta like..now what lol
