Theoretically yes, if a tack-off (pre-booth) or pressure washer (pretreat) tool is installed instead of an applicator depending on where you are in the process. You would just have 2 or 4 of these placed before your robots doing the actual painting take over. However, to me makes more sense to use a different model of robot to prep and clean vehicles as this one doesn't look immediately adaptable to that task and so may end up costing more money just to set up. ABB produces the IRB 4400 which is medium-sized and well suited to a tack-off role. ABB even produces a purpose-built tool called FeatherDuster that can be fitted to the IRB 4400 specifically for this role. Additionally Fanuc R2000 product line robots are quite versatile and I've seen them used for this application as well with duster tools affixed.
