Animals are very in tune with their owners. There could be a number of reasons why this particular cat is cuddling you in your arm pit. Personally I think she's trying to warn you of a possible health problem. Please don't ignore this, get checked by your physician.
I thought my female cats where the only ones doing this 😅 They do this when I am in bed, but only when they can touch my bare skin. They purr and kneeding with it. I think my cats like it because my skin is very soft. They also like doing it with my silk curtains. I think its a way for them to relax.
I don't think it's Oestrogen. My male cat does this to me, particularly after I've had a hard workout. I understand that Oestrogen is a female hormone, and I'm male.
I wonder if it's the same thing with male cats and testosterone, I have been exercising a lot and my male cat goes crazy for my pit sweat rags (gross, I know)
He looks very friendly and healthy to be a stressed street cat. And I dunno if it's a good idea to teach them to pee on clothing? I'm just yakking though, I don't mean to be a jerk. Give him an extra scritch for me maybe.

THAT cat with the infection and injury around his eye has had that same eye injury with blood and infection in his eye since at least the video dated May 5th! What are you doing? Eye infections in cats are considered upper respiratory infections, has he had any antibiotics? I note you said "thanks for the donations". Whereas the abscess on the top of his head doesn't appear to be draining pus as it was, his eye looks as bad or worse! 😡😡 It cannot be healed only through cleaning - if it could it would not still be bloody and oozing! FFS it's been 3 weeks! He needs real medical treatment, he is suffering. He's "letting you do it" because he's weak and exhausted from infection. What are you going to do!? He's really sick! 😖😢😢😿😿😿
Why is the title about how to clean a wound on a dog when it's a cat? 🙄🙄 Also, any and all infections are absolutely life-threatening! "Uncomfortable"? NO, I hope you know he's in PAIN! If there's an abscess it has to be drained or it won't go away, otherwise it's a regular skin infection and needs antibiotics usually.
I want to help badly but sadly I am having a very hard time finding a job and have no money. My father is giving me food and drink to survive but when I start working which I am hoping very soon I will help out I love animals.
