We need to fix the incentives. We will never fix the system without fixing the incentive structure. It’s financially beneficial to sell out America.

I am not a Chiefs fan. Not even close. I am not a Mahomes fan. However, even I can recognize how ridiculous this is. He can't read a Defense? What is this based on, your "expert" analysis of EVERY SINGLE ONE of his plays in the NFL. Yes, he has supreme talent, but that does not "prove" that he doesn't know how to read a Defense. Believe me, I know QBs that can't read a Defense... I am a life long Chicago Bears fan. I know of what I speak! 😂 (And yes, that is why I am really not a fan of Mahomes!)😂 Anyway, please stop. This has to be a skit, right? Sarcasm? Something. Because Patrick Mahomes absolutely CAN read a Defense. Better than most I would say

I agree If, ya accused a Innocent person of a crime ; & Ya knowingly & Intentionally lied withe Malice ya should do time . This Is a great Idea , lying constitutes a felony In both state & Federal this Is aggravated felony perjury carries 10 years In both state & Federal because ya sworn under oath In a criminal & or civil proceedings...
@user-dd3di9ih7b
@user-dd3di9ih7b 19 дней назад
Because the accuser is not the only one at fault and if you open your mind and study law for yourself you will learn that perjury is the only violation that will be the only charge brought against the offender but since someone was damaged by their actions there is more than criminal intent but you guys are starting to get the idea Dose anyone have an intelligent question

That’s why the statement was brought with an open minded possible solution, we all understand at the end of the day Perjury is the only crime that was truly committed in these situations. We are simply giving an honest objective opinion on a more just due way of the falsely accused getting justice for literally losing time they can never get back. Our minds are wide open that’s why this conversation happened in the first place

It never happens that way.Because that makes too much sense my guy. Our legislative body in our country would rather apologize for completely ruining someone's life then prosecute the person that falsely accused. There would be a LOT of women in prison6l across America for a LONG time and we just can't have that as a nation.
@gentlemanstalkftsl
@gentlemanstalkftsl 19 дней назад
We don’t disagree with you. That would be too easy given our current legal system so we have to continue to talk about it until some kind of change happens

You don't know the definition of "republic". It's not outside of the the definitive principles of a republic to be swayed by public opinion. Look for a definition of "republic" that doesn't use "representative democracy 'cause that ain't the true definition.

@gentlemanstalkftsl
@gentlemanstalkftsl 19 дней назад
Why not? If someone innocent has lost valuable years from their life due to someone literally lying on the stand about them then this wouldn’t be an issue. What should we put a statute of limitations on the falsely accused?

The person who made a false accusation, wife, cop, stranger to you, anyone anywhere, should be liable for the slander. Way to much going on. Innocent till proven guilty. No ifs ands or buts. Hurt feelings either.

I go one further. If an accuser is found to have lied in order to get someone sent to jail/ prison, the accuser should serve the time the accused would have served if they had been found guilty.
@gentlemanstalkftsl
@gentlemanstalkftsl 19 дней назад
This! 💯 because for some reason we feel like oh it’s ok they are free now, not thinking about the psychological consequences the falsely accused had to now deal with. So why shouldn’t the accuser suffer the same…

Barkley would had bust Dwight Howard ass. Go look at Barkley when he was playing he don’t have to back you down he can shoot as well. Sir Charles was a beast n Dwight has not been good since the Orlando days. So what u got one with goat James his game was mediocre then.

Dub is right he can't stop Barkey. Barkley was a way better all around player. Howard may have the edge on defense but he wasn't a good shooter.

Howard is a great player, but understand Barkley in his prime was a problem. Barkley is probably one of the best power forwards, if not the best power forward, UNDER 6'5. Barkley had Power foward strength, point guard handles, shooting guard shooting in his prime. Barkley was extremely quick for a player his size. I think it boils down to Howard would have to get to the basket with the ball meaning handling the ball not sure he could do that enough times without Barkley probably stealing the ball a few times. If Howard had a guard feeding him the ball down low its a different story but its one on one.
