You are the real MVP. Straight to the point. No endless speaking. Used this to confirm if my tactics were correct and to solve a couple items I couldnt figure out. Thank you for your time.
If you already completed the puzzle once, you may need to start a new playthrough (I did, as resetting the puzzle in the same playthrough wasn't enough).
@@shido534update, started a whole new playthrough and followed the vid to a T and didn’t reset or anything and still no achievement. I think it might just be an Xbox thing or something.
Maybe you're grabbing stuff with the wrong button ? On pc grabbing stuff is either right of left click, so when i'm grabbing I don't really think I just click whatever. Maybe the achievement only check which button you're using, even if it's the box or tp ? I first tried without really paying attention and it didn't work, but the second try when I forced myself to only click the left button it worked
@@shido534 Resetting the puzzle in the same playthrough is exactly how I got the achievement in this puzzle and another one. I loaded back into the save after I completed the game.
you can easily jump down from the wing structure of the main tower to solve this puzzle and unlock it. I think this is the really way to solve the puzzle "without using the keep connections". this video may be a bug.
@@ARTHUR_THUCKSAKE the game has been updated, that doesn't work anymore, you need to grab the pink pipe in this area and put it under that water and send the ball through that
i by mistake changed the orange in the color changer to green before i painted the translocator! any ideas on how to change it back to orange? i tried bringing a carrot but couldn’t get it over the large wood planks. please help!
When you find all the skulls you can trade them for the translocator upgrade that gives it actual range! My skull guide here may help: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ECnzycG_Jy4.html
@@ARTHUR_THUCKSAKE This is the actual solution? This is so quick and barely doable that it feels more like a "secret way" of cheating the real puzzle :/
@@fsmcas which puzzle in particular? I think this whole section is intended to be completed after the main game, once you've bought the translocator upgrade.
@@ARTHUR_THUCKSAKE The same the guy before me was talking about: green guy electricity. Magnet yurself up, teleport into small room. How to get through the door then? I found that this time the force cube can hold the door open (which did not work on previous doors, this game has a habit of breaking its own rules sometimes). There is a stone specifically to lean the cube against the door, this one is easy and repeatable :)
@@fsmcas ah yeah I see. My method has quite a small window for success but at the time it was the only solution I could think of! Need to be pretty quick at switching to open the door!
How's that damn long jump? I can't do half for this skull ( 4:54 min). I took 5 of the 6 skulls. I have almost two rows of lives and the flamethrower. I also took about 70% of everything that can be taken. Overall, I've finished the game (I defeated a large meditating monster in a castle surrounded by lava), but I want to be able to collect at least 90% of the stuff. PS: I tried where the battery is. I put the anvil on the lamp, but the cat got on and put the cube, everything falls otherwise, if things didn't fall, I would have reached the skull from there.
Regarding launching yourself, stand on the wooden part of the platform. When you right-click to launch, jump just as you pass the electric pole (pictured at 4:55). I messed up the timing and ended up having to use the translocator.
@@ARTHUR_THUCKSAKE I did it, thank you very much. Apparently the jump there is crucial because without it I tried so many times and just moved with the stick. Now I will be able to reach the tower in the lava with the new balls. I used to use a cube to cross the lava, but it was high for the teleporting ball and you can't get there for the coins.
@@joshuaquinn4201 I think I had bought all the upgrades by this point, but it really just hinges on the green ball upgrade. Extend the metal pole towards the secret area, equip the green ball and turn on the electric belt so you are floating high above the metal pole. Move towards the location of the bones, then dash as you pass the nail, aiming 20-30 degrees above your destination. With enough momentum, fire the translocator ball and it should land in the secret area.
My last Skull was in the Door where you have to climb up on the Mob Shields...i forgot this was a thing and wasted nearly a hour to get up there. Thanks for this Video!
Thanks you saved my time by showing how to do lava zone purple rings. Btw I didn't nos how to make the water on lava so you can jump from green pipe all three way to the other side. You can try if you want but it's hard like HARD
2-9 (and some other levels but this one more significantly) is slightly different on the Steam PC version : to get the storage device you'll need to drop the stabiliser into the lasers on the left then flip gravity vertically from the tiny corridor connecting the two rooms while rapidly moving under the falling box. The idea is that you move under the box quickly enough so that you can clear the lasers while moving towards the left as per the video.
I do so enjoy your videos, quite informative and not a lot of meaningless blather filling time. It's truly a shame your posts are not more popular, I imagine because you're not gimmicky or a bird. Best wishes!
@@joshualeao1073 I'm not 100% sure but I think Rebirth is the more traditional, vanilla base game of old and it may not have the QoL improvements of Homecoming. The VIP vendor is one of those features that wasn't in the original game.
I've tried several times to get the Like to show up, but there's no like, share, nothing. So, since i cannot like it with a thumbs up, thank you for the great video.
ARTHUR THUCKSAKE lucky But I Been playing 4 year ago and now I playing on this game So Thanks For Your Help But I Got Pin I just think how can I get it and I just have plan So Thanks For Your Help
Arthur, how did you unlock teleporter D? I copied my demo save over, and now I have collected all 17 of the visible tubes. Is there a hidden one? How do you get the 18th one to unlock the next section?
It's been a while since I played this game and I'm afraid I have no idea. One thing to bear in mind is that this walkthrough is from the original Desura release and I think the updated steam version changes some things, possibly the storage devices. All I know is that my Desura save won't work with the steam version so I cannot check.
I found a solution to F3-1's SD. Follow the guide up until you pick up the extra 4D-Stabilizer. However, once you pick it up, jump out over the spikes and drop the stabilizer there while also having enough momentum to make it back to the platform from which you jumped. The extra 4d-stabilizer should now be sitting in the spikes below the opening and you should be back on your platform safely. Now, when you flip gravity with Y, your extra stabilizer will fall through the opening, pulling the door a little closer towards you. At this point, jump and fall to where you are barely touching the door with your personal 4d-stabilizer. This will push the door over the edge and it will fall down to its original position. Now you can walk to the right. You will notice that you just can't walk all the way over to the SD, so you must shift gravity with B; DO NOT JUMP -- you will die.
I forgot one step, sorry. Right after the step "Now, when you flip gravity with Y, your extra stabilizer will fall through the opening." You want to flip gravity two more times, making the extra 4d-stabilizer go through opening both times. From this point you can follow the rest of my instructions.
This is from the Desura version of the game which may differ from the Steam one. I can't import my save to the Steam version so I haven't updated any of the videos.
