"CHEFS ARE WHACK" hahaha! Eddie: I'm right there too. I just watched you on The Sam Live show about you being intrigued during your amputation surgery. I broke my finger tip last year and did the surgery needed without being put under- just local anesthesia. I was in Op room cracking up with the surgeon the whole time because I request they play me some Pear Jam over the stereo in the room. We had fun despite the odds. Love you and your message for all of us out here. Keep on truckin and THANK YOU.

In sountheast Mexico we mix this fresh from start on every other dish. Still , we miss the smokiness of the sea salt and the drying process. Eduardo! Come learn some new recipes in your ancestors country! Don´t forget to bring the production team all the way. I´m sure it would be a success of a show.
This is easily the most versatile, best tasting, can't-live-without-it, condiment you will ever have the good fortune to taste! do yourself a favor and go buy some! While you're at it, they their jalapeno seasoning as well!! * you'll thank me! :)
Great question Molls! We've found that if you're looking for the heat, add the Jalapeño Seasoning and if you're looking for more the flavor, go with the Mild Chile seasoning. In terms of amounts, it's completely up to you! We recommend starting small with a teaspoon or two and working your way up until you've found a balance that tastes amazing to you. After all, you are the chief of your ground beef 😊. Hope this helps out!
