@@Yugankproperty I think apko RERA k rule nhi pata. jo bhi cpmmit kiya use within timeline me complete karna hota hai. VRB amber ki completion date june 2024 hai aur tab tak sare kaam pure karne padenge warna koi bhi RERA me complaint kar sakta hai. It does not matter agar koi waha rah raha hai ya nahi. Aur aap gokul kirpa ke baki projects bhi dekh sakte ho. khali plots me bhi street light milegi. Ya other developers k project bhi dekh sakte ho. agar street light commit hai to lagake dete hai. I don't know VRB amber me kyu nahi lagai abhi tak. but jihhone wala plot liye hai wo face kar rahe honge. ho sakta hai koi complaint bhi karde RERA me.
