Phoenix Boats are built with a burning desire for exceptional quality - and our threshold for excellence is simply higher than the average boat maker.
That means we don’t cut corners, we don’t use inferior components, and we don’t hit price points just to sell a boat. If it’s not exceptional quality, it’s not a Phoenix Boat.
Love my bird but, I will not buy another one until they change trailer manufacturer. Marine Master is pure junk and for the costs of new rigs customers deserve better.
Best boat made put on the worest trailer made. Buy a Phoenix and put a after market trailer in your budget. Bought mine 3 years ago already reworking hubs sapost to be maintenance free for 5 years, coating is coming off, ground issues had to rewire, and the bunk boards carpet has already worn through will be replaced next week.
Phoenix needs to make the front deck bigger and rear deck smaller , insulate the deck lids and work out their trailer issues and y’all could have a great boat .
Trailer isn’t much of an issue. All Dexter/UFP components along with Vault hubs..Same components on just about every boat trailer made including Bass cat, Skeeter, Vexus, Ranger and Phoenix. They will have an occasional issue.
I have fell in love with Phoenix Bass boats. The lines, the deck, everything she has says quality. I can only dream of owning one. I’m a disabled Vet @ 100% I wasn’t always 100% then in 2012 an on the job injury broke my neck in two places, compressed my spine downward. I became 100% in social security eyes, then achieved getting my 100% VA status. Living on my VA and SS checks stops me from buying the boat of my dreams. But I can’t help going to the shows and drooling on them. Thank you for building the best bass boat on the market.
Any plans to offer a fiberglass dash on the elite or pro xp models? Even if at an added fee? LOVE these boats but the plastic dash hurts a bit at the price point of boats these days.
I just measured one at my dealership and it's 21'9" will the motor ready to roll. Dropped down and turned will probably drop at least 6 inches. That's with the Merc 225
From the moment I walked in their plant in Winchester in July of 2021 I knew this was a company who I wanted to spend my money with. The order process and taking delivery of my boat was absolutely seamless. I have become and absolute Phoenix evangelical at this point.
So I have been a huge fan of Phoenix boats. Currently Im running a 920 Elite. They just make some of the best quality bass boats on the market. No fuss when you need to call and talk to them. Their quality extends from the boat to the service and my goodness do their hulls perform. I will always be a Phoenix guy.
I was a Marshal for Gary Clouse at Lake Okeechobee this past spring and he was one of the most down to earth folks I’ve ever met. He also told me they were tooling a walleye hull can’t wait to see that !!
I decided to get a new bass boat, but had no clue of where to start. I had several boxes that needed to be checked, things that I valued probably differently than other consumers. #1, I wanted to be part of company “family”. A company that valued its weekend warriors as much as their big name tournament guys. #2, I wanted a boat that was going to last. I wanted to have one that I would pass down and need to repower one day. I used spreadsheets with a very strenuous scoring system, critiquing every little detail. I am proud to say that my new PHX is being built as I type this. The fact these boats are built in TN, down the road from me actually, was icing on the cake. I actually didn’t realize this until well into my research. I can’t wait to be part of the Phoenix family!
I’m impressed they actually have a CPA working on their staff. Most family businesses don’t have enough sense to have a real accounting department. Usually, it’s the lady who “ keeps the books at the church” Lol
I love Phoenix boat hulls. The reason I won't own one is the consoles look like they belong in a golf cart instead of a high end bass boat. So cheap looking its pathetic. The edging and plastic look is garbage.
I am gonna tell you right now. Hands down best built boat in todays market. I make my living selling used late model boats and by far boats that has seen tournament fishing with 2-400 hours on them are what every used boat dealers end up with when it comes to buying a used boat because of the price point and Phoenix boats have been my best purchases and sellers. I can't keep them when they're done and ready for the water. Not saying others are bad, just saying cosmetic features on Phoenix seem to hold up much better than most. That means a lot for anglers looking to jump into a $30-45K used boat. Hopefully they will be the first to take the plunge on getting the carpet out. Hint,Hint... Boats suffer with old carpet more than most manufacturers think. EVA Foam is the way to go for sure. At least for now and the customization is unlimited. Anyhow, Good job guys and I for one thank you for building such a great platform that allows folks like me to feel confident with every boat I sell with the oh firebird on her will make an ever lasting impression on each and every buyer.
