Not at all, you still have to find the animal, draw back at the right time, calm your nerves, and release at the right moment. The Xero helps you maintain a consistent shooting form and gives you an accurate pin when you range your animal to make an ethical shot.
For those of you questioning the Umarex Hammer, don't. The Hammer is highly accurate. If you'll look at 8:58 in the video and pause it just right after the deer was shot, you'll see the bullet entry. It was about 6 inches under the spine. That was a badly placed shot and I can guarantee you it was right where he aimed or his scope wasn't zeroed. At any rate, with that shot placement, the Hammer dropped the deer on the spot. That shows you what kind of FPE the Hammer generates. They've taken Cape Buffalo with the Hammer. It has the power and the accuracy.
With that slight punch in on the sight might come off loose in real time or possibly drifting to the left or right during range time. Why not loctite it?
Its not just that in the factory the limbs were snapping ,pill poppers were assembling it and it would break arrows with 400gr arrows. With the 485 gr it only shoots 490fps. These bows should have never left the factory.
“god what a beautiful animal” drags its lifeless body away. I don’t understand why people hunt unless it’s a survival situation or invasive species. It’s disgusting to just end an animals life for no reason
But your the same person who buys meat from stores and fast food places, where do u think that comes from? Even worse of a situation, you eat animals who have been kept inside of a fence there whole life just to be slaughtered, at least this deer, was roaming his entire life freely and died a instant death, your a sheep
Fact is that any type of a rifle rest is an improvement over having no rest at all. Fact also is that this particular type of rest is far from being the best one could use.
It would be great if you could do full reviews on some of these Wicked Ridge crossbows. I think there is a lot of interest in crossbows with this performance to price ratio. In this economy, I'll bet these price range crossbows outsell the high dollar ones by a large margin. A lot of us would subscribe to your channel too lol.
This is going to be very hard to beat, they fixed the frame stress, it has low string ware. The accuracy is amazing and all the safety is top notch. It is going to take a while to get one but totally worth it.
A range master told me to turn them up and the white noise helps with sound dampening. I use foam In my ears plus the razors and I turn the volume down when not talking. That seems to work for me.
My only concern with this sight is - what keeps it from swinging left or right? It's only held down with one screw, and most of the length of the sight is in the rear.
I answered my own question. The base seems to have a very, very slight arch to it that flattens out as the screw is attached. I have now attached these sight to two Benelli M2s, a Browning A5, and a Winchester SX4. I would disagree, though, that she screw doesn't need to be very tight. It does need to be tightened down, snug, not farmer-tight, but snug. I used blue Loctite on mine. These sights are so much better than the red LPA sights that came on the gun. I'll be putting them on 4 more guns.
I have one but I put a small ATV winch in place of the hand crank so that I don't stall out my arm strength lol -- hey older guy here -- got to think smartly now days !!!
Your record rack commercial didn't tell me anything about how to build the ideal feed pen. I make it a habbit not to do business with companies that use deception to sell their products.
This sight is awesome, just bought a complete new bow setup. I got the alpha x33 and am now saving for the pro version of that sight. Should have enough in the next couple of months!
