Welcome to “Way Lawns, LLC”, every week I try to capture some footage of some lawn maintenance I do on some of my weekly accounts. Help support the channel by liking the videos and subscribing, catch y’all in the next one!
That attachment snapped off while I was mowing. It wasn’t really made for the Maverick, it was for my MZ rambler 42”. I have a new attachment for my bucket that is meant for the Maverick. Message me on my instagram (@waylawnsllc) I will send you all the picks I have of both attachments.
We had the same problem multiple times. Problem was the weed eater was shorting out the EFI by being pressed up against the terminals. It would ruin the module
@@waylawnsllc Gotcha, I want mine to be a little faster. I’ll try and adjust it when I get it back. I haven’t even used it, less than an hour on it and I’ve had to take it back to the dealer😕
@@waylawnsllc Mine the hour meter stopped working and an idler pulley was making a lot of noise. No big deal, it happens. Mine must have been built on a Friday lol
It is very rare for the O2 sensor to give problems at low hours but it happens . Kohler has been good at taking care of any problem. We have had to repair just as many low hour EFI Kawasaki's. We try not to let mowers used by commercial cutters stay in the shop but a couple days if possible.
Yeah the mechanics working mine had to wait on an answer from bad boy before they did anything so the warranty wasn’t void. They had it back in no time!
Before i watch this video i want to say... ive had 2 mowers with kholers surge, both ended up breaking the governor inside the engine, effectively ruining them. Had a husqvarna do it last year and a troy built do it this year. I had to buy an old clapped out poulin pro off my neighbor thats been sitting for 3 years. I have to stop every 30 minutes and air the tires up. Im fk sick of messing with junk. This poulan pro rider is 18 hp single and 42 inch cut. It took me 3 and a half hours to mow, im usually done mowing and weedeating in about 2 hours. Come spring im buying a bad boy with a kawasaki motor. Idc how pissed the wife gets, im tired of messin with junk that costs hundreds per season to keep fixed and running.
@waylawnsllc Thanks. I do have a plan to get a new 1. I'm gonna take the 18hp single off this poulan pro and put it on the troy-bilt 48-inch cut and try to sell it for 4 or 500$ springtime next year. Between that and just 3 more 250$ shed payments, I should be able to make it happen. I'll have to finance some of it, but idc my credit is 809, and I should get a decent apr.
Just got my Maverick HD yesterday have not put it to work yet! Is it possible to see where you hook the Trash Bucket to. 🪣 No issues on the initial test ground at Mower place.
@@waylawnsllc I did have one issue, the hour meter quit at about 5-10 hours . Dealership gave me another on and have not had any other issues. How do you like the mower flap . I’ve been thinking about getting one like you have .
@@cwtex59 that’s awesome. I really like it, that one was for my 42” mz rambler so it doesn’t quite fit the opening on the 54” deck but still worked good. I recently took it off and was thinking about getting a grass flap
Ever since I got it fixed, it’s ran like a dream and I have 0 complaints. I have a new video coming out later this week mowing 2-3 ft tall grass in the rain and it did great!
If that is the 19HP Briggs, ya better change oil out SAE 30, every 50 hours and watch that air filter. It will last but needs TLC for commercial use. It does not like heat and dirt. And oil naturally gets dirty with time in that engine. Even if it looks clean, it is not. GREAT, simple mower thou. Got mine for 3300 cash this spring. Had to wait a year to get a Briggs cause all they had was 23HP Kolhers for $300 to $400 more. The 1996 Cubby had to make it one more summer, with a huge oil leak and softball hole in deck jammed with gras, hehe.
It got me through one year of mowing commercially and it killed it. I use it from time to time still with some of my smaller accounts but it has never let me down.
@@waylawnsllc it is solid, easy maintenance. Motor just need TLC to get 1000+hours on it. 1 cylinder air cooled, splash lube oil breaks down fast. The deck and frame... Man I think could last 30+ years if garage kept. New motor is like $800, so in 15 years mine goes, I may just buy another.
