I was a paid Kettle worker in Victoria this year. I really enjoyed it.

Maybe in some parts of the country bell ringers are paid... but here in Omaha they are mostly volunteers!

The gesture is nice, but somebody needs to tune those trumpets. Squeaks everywhere.
