its not that the kitchen is too cheap for the house. its that the price is way too much for the kitchen. We are not in covid times anymore. houses cant be sold for that much.

If you are going to do two tone I feel (and trust me I'm an absolute nobody) it should be high contrast. Bold color and white works but not neutral and neutral.

I used to live on Darlington about 6 years ago. Many of the people who live there are older, retired, and keep their yards nicely manicured. Although many of the homes are older, amount of yard space is amazing!
