@@aiaph1992what’s landing ? I’m from dominos but i got hired at little Caesar’s and start next weeks what is landing? At dominos someone stretches the dough. Passes it. Someone sauces it. Someone cheeses it passes it and puts the toppings. Then it goes to the oven with whatever sides it gets. Someone on oven cuts the pizzas and boxes them to the recipes. The customer comes to the front to pick it up and there’s a separate rack for our drivers. How does little Caesar’s work
Deep dish pans are a pain in the ass, but just scrape all the extra dough off first and then soak them in hot soapy water and it should make your life easier. And don't forgot to goof off a little it makes the day go by faster!
No one knows how to work correctly anymore. First iff your not supposed to be horseplaying, your not supposed to hang that chemical bottle near the food ( dough) your not supposed to record back there on the process, are use timing all them pizza doughs use made? Or do use sell that many? We use a empty pan with flower in it, an right the time 3 hours from the time that its made in the pan of flour an sit it ontop of each stack. Just a mess. Not really, you just have cut and make sure the weight is consistent. But the hard part is putting everything in the mixer because it gets tiring. Appreciate the comment!!!
