Hi! The only thing I can think to suggest is placing the metal tin in the freezer for 5 minutes beforehand. This isn’t mentioned in the instructions that came in the box, but is in their video instructions. We’e been mixing 200ml classikool syrup to 800ml water 🙂

depending on your freezer you might wanna let the tin be in there for a bit.
