Prachtig om dit weer te zien. Dit waren mijn favoriete vrije dagen. Met mijn vader naar Schiphol. Wat een prachtige variatie aan vliegtuigen had je toen. Tegenwoordig is het allemaal hetzelfde wat voorbij komt. Vooral teveel A320. Bevoorrecht dat ik deze tijden op Schiphol heb mogen meemaken.
By chance, did you ever film any KLM City Hopper Fokker F27s ir Delta Air Transport (DAT) FH-227Bs?? I would love to see some of those. I did hear a RR Dart powered airplane in the background at one point in your video.
This was my dream but sadly it died after I got my ppl due to finances. Congratulations to all those who dreamt to fly and are currently living it. Success to the upcoming ones

Geweldige en bijzondere opnames, zeg..die Concorde van Air France (en ook de F28 waar ik mijn eerste lijnvlucht ooit mee gevlogen heb naar Lyon), B707 van Aerolineas Argentinas, de L1011 TriStar van Air Lanka, twee Tu154s van Malev en Tarom, de geparkeerde B727 van Iraqi Airways, een DC9 van wijlen Swissair en ga zo maar door. Ook grappig om die jumbo van Martinair voorbij te zien komen die nog de vliegende kangeroe van Qantas op de staart had staan. Ik vraag me ook af of die vrachtjumbo van de El Al diezelfde is die een paar jaar later in de Bijlmer is neergestort.
Thanks! Little update: I did move to first officer position on the B777 and B787 and after that moved back again to the "European theater" as a captain on the B737NG.
I loved in one part, in the cockpit, their arms are waving about everywhere, like in some freaky dance......not to mention later on, the high speed landing at Mach 2 and taxi to the apron with a dead stop (with no skidding!)....brilliant aha!
I'm going to Germany via Amsterdam this Summer. I booked KLM and the Amsterdam-Hannover leg is going to be a Fokker 70, and the same leg return is Embraer 190. I'm definitely not a fan of air travel and am nervous about these two small planes. So I have been watching youtube videos about the F70 and the E190. Watching your video cool down my fear a bit. I hope the F70's in KLM flleet aren't too old.

Just an excellently designed and produced video! Your camera work, editing, music, timing, are great. A wonderful story. I don't remember the cinema director who said, the best film does not need dialogue, and this example proves it!
