Worst developers I dealt with so far. Money-hungry leeches. The sales team and the other team members are rude and dumb. Unlike in this video, they are actually leeches. Even after the 25% payment is done, they keep asking for the next payment with 0 development done. In the newsletter, they claim 30% done, but I personally saw there was 0% done. They were discouraging me to visit the site. The site was so underdeveloped that there was not even a road to reach there. Also, we were shown from a 1 km distance but we could figure out there is 0 development.

This is just a marketing gimmick. Had cancelled my booking with HOABL 2.5 months back due the unprofessional and most untrustworthy attitude of HOABL employees. I am still waiting for refund and noone from their Withdrawals or Customer care team has bothered to respond, despite of almost daily followups in the past 15 days. This is truly their reality

Bloody HOABL return my booking amount back to me. You comitted refund in 45 days and its been 2 months now. Noone is responding to my emails and calls. You guys are bloody fraudsters. There is no sea view from Cape of Bliss. In fact this property doesnt exist only. People please dont fall in trap of these fraudsters. I have logged a FIR against them. Try to go and see the property once. These bastards will try to stop you. Still insist and have a look. You will believe me. I dont want anyone else to suffer like me
I prefer giving zero star. Dont fall in their trap. Its all fake. There is no sea view from anywhere in this property, its all fake. I went for the site visit twice, but looks like it does not exist only. None of their staff of the existing properties like the Isle of Bliss, have any clue where is Cape of Bliss. I have requested for a refund but got a notification that it will take 45 days. These idiots are blocking peoples money and rotating here and there. My money is lying with them since 6-Feb-23. My humble request to all the potential customers who are planning to put your hard earned money with them, please visit the physical site of Cape of Bliss once before you trust these folks. I dont want anyone else to suffer like me

Fake ! Not At All. Go to site. Register at Security Gate & See it to believe it. One of the finest project. As on 31.05.24 - 10 bungalows are under construction. 2-3 bungalows are completed. I am one of the plot owner.

This is Lodhas shit. This property does not exist. Its all jungle with no sea view. These bastards will not show you the property only because they know it's a piece of shit far from sea. My money is stuck with them. They committed 45 days refund. Its already more than 2 months. I logged a police FIR today
