I think the "slow" was the wordplay in the Saved by the Bell bar. He's calling the person slow and playing off the fact Turtles are physically slow. That's basically a equivalent of one of them old sayings like "Boy you about as slow as molasses". It's just a reference to not being quick witted. And at least a Turtle is playing off the name Lisa Turtle, the character off the show, so he's saying Lisa Turtle would know why Morris wouldn't lift weights with Slater.
The rap/mumbling bar was also a play off someone taking the stand in court and now they're snitching. That's why he had the "took the stand out" bar in the previous line. Basically saying you can't take the rap ("take the rap" is a phrase for taking blame for something) so now you mumbling (giving up information to get out of taking the rap).

The way you name the particular kinds of structure, analogies, etc is cool. I called Corner bending non phonetic rhyming. Wale I believe is the best at that. Shadow boxing I just called internal rhyming. Interleaguing I called aa bb cc dc. Lupe and freeway were the absolute best at this. Freeway being a special guest makes sense.
