@indonesiannews2024 hi 👋 thanks for your questions! It sounds like you want to do dropshipping. For dropshipping model, you have less control on quality and customization. The margin is also lower. Jusy to clarify, when I was first testing the market, I bought a small amount of inventory from Alibaba.com. As the business grew, we expanded and now our suppliers are global and we also ship globally.
@czar_cz Hi there! When I was first testing the market, I bought a small amount of inventory from Alibaba.com. As the business grew, we expanded and now our suppliers are global. We work with manufacturers from different regions to ensure we provide the best quality products to our customers.
it was not his own, it belonged to Eberhard the creator of Tesla Motors. Elon was supposed to give it to Eberhard, but instead of doing that he shot it into space so he wouldn't have to comply...
Just stumbled across this video, crazy that I found out I bought from lumekeebs before, has been great for hand lubed/filmed switches! Keep up the great work!
Thanks for the nice video! I'm also thinking of starting a business but, can you do a detailed video on the process of selecting the business idea, market research, which tools you used and how you did these? Thanks.
Thanks so much for watching! 😊 Glad to hear you are thinking of starting your own business! That’s a great idea - selecting the right business idea and doing market research is an important part of getting started. I'll try to do a video on that in a future video. Thanks for your suggestion!
This is very good motivation to any young person who wishes to create a business. There seems to be a high demand for custom keyboard and I think you made it into the market at a very good time. This could be a tip for any future keyboard part seller. Around a year ago I made a custom PCB ( not too hard ) it took roughly 2 days and to print + ship it from PCBWAY only costed roughly ~ 5 - 10 $ for ( 5 pcbs ). The pcbs had some random design on them and because of that design the interest of the custom keyboard community grew. I ended up putting 2 for auction on eBay and both sold for ~ 150$ ish. I could see some potential in fully customs items. Great video 👍
Thank you for watching and for your comment! Glad to hear you've designed your own pcb. I'm curious to hear why you chose to make a custom pcb yourself at that time? Any feature you added to the pcb? Before I started this online shop, I knew nothing about keyboard. The more I learned, the more I become interested. Haha!
@@EmaZhao I did not have any necessary direction why I decided to make it. But I did give 1 to my friend who had printed a custom case from the same manufacturer and needed it. ( he just wanted to make some 1 of a kind keyboard ). Although that market has gotten my attention more so then the custom keyboard one. Because it is an interesting idea to literally make your own keyboard without buying any of the parts.
Great document, but man these energy and fuel companies are greedy. God willing, they'll change their ways for goodness sakes. We have a Redeemer with the LORD.
Thanks for your comment! I made another video breakdown the revenue / operating costs. Based on my research, average boba shop profit is estimated about $100-$200k a year. So depending on their initial investment, a good Boba shop can get their initial capital back in 1-3 years.
And the government is going to take a huge chunk of that profit. The hourly wage didn't accommodate the amount of employees' taxes the owner has to match. Making a profit with the government involved is pretty difficult.
The P/E ratio can be misleading when a company is experiencing a temporary dip in earnings despite having strong fundamentals. It may also provide a false signal if the company is currently operating at a loss but is poised for a strong recovery, or if it has significant potential for high future earnings. It doesn't exactly reflect a company's long term potential.
An employer’s true cost of an employee is often close to double their base salary, mainly because of employment taxes, insurance for the employees, HR costs, compliance etc. But great start!
