Don't feel bad. There's a ton of people over here who can't afford a baby and they go right ahead and have one, anyway. It's only exciting for the first couple of years, then the new wears off. Most people put more thought into picking a pair of shoes than bringing a life into the world. I would be able to share these people's joy if I believed most of them were going into parenthood with a clear head.
