You will not receive any confirmation email after submission. However, after submitting ‘successfully submitted’ will be mentioned on the screen of your device.
Don’t worry I do not feel a minor mistake could be a problem. They will judge you on the basis of your overall performance. Plus you have already mentioned that you are above 160 cms in your application while submitting your cv so they know that.
Hii I got an invitation from Eithad for a video assessment but I have a question I have a scar on my forehead and I am under treatment I conceal that scar but even after concealing that it is always visible but only 50%. So will they consider it or they will straight away reject
For any airline, if they like their candidates performance they will themselves tell them to treat the scar. So scars are not the problem, if you are fulfilling the non negotiable requirements & have the qualities that they are looking for.

As am working In dnata i don't have any experience in cabin crew , i applied and got email for video interview as i don't have any experience is worth giving that interview or no
It definitely is. I am certain that you must have mentioned your experience on your resume, still if they have selected you for video interview meaning previous cabin crew experience is not mandatory.
Background should be decent & a place where you can comfortably stand so that you are entirely visible for the last 2 answers. Blazer is not mandatory, a formal attire for this virtue Interview is sufficient.
@@5c1abdulhameed56 Interviews are the place to sell your qualities in the best possible manner. And work experience is not the only way to develop those qualities. Self awareness is the key, what are you good at & how can you put it in words.
I recommend follow the same interview guidelines as they would want in the personal interview. For detailed male grooming guidelines you can check Cabin crew careers page of Emirates same can be followed for any airlines.
Follow up mail will not lead to any such consequence but I recommend patience as they will take time to revert. Maybe even a couple of months. Still if you have some queries & wish clarity feel free to email them.
It depends. I have seen a few crew who have moles on face. It’s better to go for the interview & as I always say if the recruiters like you as a Candidate they will tell you if something needs to be changed. Watch my video on Scars/tattoos/birthmarks.
Yes. Most airlines have this height requirements for their cabin crew so that they reach the safety equipments in the aircraft located at those height levels.
Stockings will not be the reason for selection or rejection in this particular round. You may choose accordingly. For personal interviews I am certain it is mandatory.
Try to collect situations & experiences where you have provided CS in the form of help, team work, coordinating or organising a team event, any social service work, etc.
Can I give this video assessment in my mobile or laptop? I just recheck the microphone of my macbook and mobile but I prefer mobile than laptop for video quality. Although I practiced while standing but both devices are not audible clearly because signal of audio gets far while standing couldn't able to catch even I speak clearly and loud.
@@chalkycloud893 I used professional podcast mic I hang it overhead and submit the video assessment today I used mic wire extension around 6 metres and attached to my macbook Just shoot in professional manner which is use in shooting MOVIES to record audio👍🏽
@@chalkycloud893 As you said earlier use ear pods if you do not have access to such equipment. Secondly, do not worry about the audio quality, they are aware that audio will get hampered to a certain extent when you move away. Just try to do everything you can from your end in terms of quiet environment, good wifi connectivity. Motive should be your audio not break in between your speech.

There are some misinformation in this video. I know a lady from Korea who works in Etihad as a recruiter and she said they do watch all the videos. The ATS system is used to shortlist candidates by the CV , so we can say that Etihad does CV rounds online and through video assessment. Etihad interview starts with group discussion, impromptu, final Interview and English test, there's no cv drop and basic questions rounds because it's done online. So tell me about yourself, work experience and knowledge about the airline is asked through video assessment.

I said a software similar to ATS may have been in use because One is Huge number of applications as this Virtual round is just after CV selection 2nd a few candidates have received rejection email just after submitting the interview. I still do not believe it is possible for them to watch each & every video & hence this round is in place. You must be referring to the next round after this where a recruiter is present with a few candidates where they do group discussions, one on one rounds,etc. Lastly, even if a recruiter does watch all these Virtual interviews later no suggestion given by me will hamper anyone’s marks in fact it will definitely impress them.

So I have came across multiple opinions of people in this regards. On my last Etihad video a comment explained recruiters may feel you are cheating if you use earphones. On the contrary, software on which they are taking these interviews is intelligent enough to analyse that the earphones are connected to that particular device or not. Also, they must consider that you are using earphones for better audio quality.
Personally I do not know anyone who has used airbuds but I do know people who have appeared using just the phone audio & progressed to the next stages of the interview.

@@saqibali4682 Yes, absolutely okay. If they have sent you an invitation for Virtual round after checking your CV means they don’t need CS experience specifically.
I will suggest do not hide anything from the recruiters. Later on if they come to know it will not only create a negative impression about yourself they may even decide to terminate that candidate.
If you can hide the scar using makeup that is what is required right? Then why not disclose the same to the recruiters that you have used make up to conceal it.
@@Zahera777 what if ma'am they'll gonna judge me on the basis of self harm cut? Ig this's hard to conceal with makeup, do u have any idea about the surgical process?
@@Suhaniyadav_.They will judge you on your mindset at present. As I said explain them you understand & accept yourself fully as to what you were going through, do not hesitate. Tell them about the measures you have taken to heal, be true & let them decide.
