I really enjoy your uploads! Your meals looked delicious.. I don’t like cauliflower but it looked delicious. When I do a particular pasta bake I put breadcrumbs with the cheese on top and it’s a game changer! It just works..
Hey thank you for your comment, the curry sauce is from coles in the international section called McDonnell’s original curry sauce! it’s quite runny but tastes the same as back home. Hope you enjoy ☺️

You had me at cheese and onion, so this is going to be a great meal for my family Ps. I warm my milk to a lukewarm temperature as cold milk can hinder/slow down the cooking process when the milk gets added to the flour/butter base. I'm pretty old and it was my great aunt who taught me the trick to a nice sauce was to add warm blood temperature milk to help the cooking process while making the sauce. I hope that makes sense.
