sorry this comment is 8 years late, but at 1:03 you bring a cavalary unit up into the next square but stop it before attacking. It gets a bonus for charging into the fight. Do you know if you stop in the square then attack that the game gives it the charging bonus? My intuition would say no it wouldn't, so I've spent the last 20 years charging into combat with everything else selected so it shoots at the same time.
