Your 2hp DC solar pump might be experiencing low pressure due to running in the wrong direction or receiving low input power. Please check the following: • Ensure the pump’s rotor and stator is running in the correct direction. • Test the pump during peak sunny times. • Make sure the solar panels are clean and facing true north (if you're in the southern hemisphere).
hi please assist my M521 displays maintanance sign AND THE i tried pressing mode button together with stop button but no answer,what must i do it says i must press the store button where is the store botton as it is not on the screen
Hi @vusinkosi9419, the store button can be found inside the controller (refer to how to calibrate your M521 controller). Maintenance Light should switch off once the unit is calibrated.

Hi, is it possible to adjust the 30-minute time delay to resume the pump after the well runs dry? I can't figure out whether the unit I bought is set for 30 minutes, as the instructions say. I have not timed it but it feels much longer than 30 minutes. Secondly, when in manual mode, does the controller switch off the pump when the water runs out in the well.
The dry run delay time can indeed be set in the settings. The purpose of the manual mode is to ignore the probes so that you can manually turn the pump on or off as needed by pressing the start and stop buttons. The dry run current is still taken into account. In the automatic mode, both the borehole and tank probes are considered, and the pump is automatically turned on and off based on the water levels measured by the probes.

@@mzamosithole9830 depending where you live if you live in the mountains like me you would need a 350 foot deep hole so $20000 probably. In the country side you would need a 1000 foot or more hole so $50000 keep in mind if you run out of your underground supply you would need to drill deeper but that’s unlikely unless you waste water
