Bought this product from the official baybee website. It was scheduled to deliver thru Amazon shipping. The updates were fine initially but when it was just about to reach me. The courier never contacted me and scheduled a return on the basis of "attempted but not delivered". It was still fine here, as if it was returned then I will get my refund back. However, till date I keep checking the Simpl app for updates and it shows it has been delivered to the seller but the refund was never initiated at all. Baybee, please return my money.
