How can we tell who has the real/full/complete kundalini activation? Gopi Krishna was one (I assume). This guy being interviewed might be one? The 2 guys asking the question I assume have only had their kundalinis partially raised because they're the ones asking questions. Is the above ^ true?
Would love to hear more about your kundalini awakening in case its helps me to surrender to my rise up 🙂 i need to release last fear about the rise, i feel a big orgasmic energy wana rise up.. i had already a top down awakening and head shifts and heart chakra kundalini opening. Now she clears the lower 3 chakras to prepare for the rise.. if there is anything you can share to make me feel more safe to trust fully and surrender please let me know. 🙌💖 What will happening when its rises in a safe prepared why?

I love how she said she looks back on the movie and cringes. They are the best films to watch, raw and uncut. I think the experience shines through when stuff is done like that. I wrote a book in Kundalini in the midst of the mayhem of my experience. I sometimes cringe when I think of some of the stuff I wrote, but it’s ok, it’s helped a bunch of people and that’s all that matters. I’m currently making a documentary on Kundalini. I’m definitely in a more grounded place to do this. I wish you guys put more videos up. They are all awesome !! ❤

Change is happening. Image how far we have come I’ve the past 150 years and what will be accomplished in the next 150 years, especially if we see that change is accelerating.

Seek and you shall find, and when you find you will be disturbed.... for me this means that you will be disturbed when you find out that you are the cause of the phenomena in your life. Law of attraction. That you have been the creator all along but have been creating misery for yourself. That's what it means to be aware (of your inner dialogue) and how it creates the world you see. As within, so without. Anyways... just my take :)
IS/RA/EL... Isis (moon-female) - Rah (sun-male) - Elohim (the Gods). When the 2 become ONE the one will abide in a state of consciousness where milk and honey flow. Higher consciousness will restore its rightful place in Jerusalem. With whats going on in Gaza at the moment this process has provided me within insight into where religion went wrong. I'd say spiritual circumcision where the veil is removed. Spiritual texts are not based on geographical places but it addresses consciousness. I'm waiting for those people to turn their attention within.... I loved every minute of this discussion :)

I’m at a point in my journey we’re I’m really doing some deeper trauma work. It’s been super tough. The process has really forced me to pay attention and make some major changes. Some of the questions and answers in this interview were articulate and very helpful

I appreciated the lucidity with wihich she discussed the myriad ways self-realization shows up in the world, Direct VS Progressive path, the pendulum swing from relative to absolute to relative, the nuances of Love and loving and the poignant critique of overfocusing on the Absolute. "Stillness dancing..gathering and expansion- all opposites click into balance and the 2 find their home in each other."
So helpful to hear Craig’s story of scarcity and humility. That is my experience also. The more I focus on material the more scarcity I actually experience. What I am guided to focus on always is the higher perspective and symbolic meaning behind the physical realm. Money is the modern day physical symbol of value and spirit asks us to look at what we are valuing. Love, compassion, sharing resources, community, humility, grace are far more valuable than objects. Being present for my family and community, providing nourishment and anchorage is where my highest value resides, therefore I don’t go out to earn an income in order to obtain material things. How does that work? I don’t have the answers but somehow my needs are always met. I am just asked to trust absolutely.
What do you guys do with the Christians, like Chris Lasala, who think that the Pleadians, kundalini, etc is a demonic deception... using aliens, energy, ascension, etc as labels to fool people from their real intention: demonic influence and possession and confusion?

Thank you for your deep honesty and willingness to describe the entire process you went through - the good and the hard parts. As a Western practitioner of Tantra Yoga I have worked with this energy carefully and with constant integration and grounding. And yet I was not able to avoid the anxiety attacks which, with all the difficulty in them, forced me to look deeply and realize my true calling - working with people. We in the West live as individual atomic units, but in fact there is no existence and no reality for a single person, nor can spiritual work occur alone. I learned this the hard way.
In Shivite and Shakta Indian traditions, kundalini is not just on “energy” but Kundalini Shakti - a Goddess. Contemporary Western teachers often label Shakti as an energy and therefore miss that Shakti can be an object of devotion and a Divine helpmate (indeed the Divine Mother). The practical consequences of this different perspective is that the “energy” is not something that needs be controlled or to be managed with “therapy” but surrendered to with trust, devotion and love. The Indian kundalini traditions never advocated therapy as Western psychology hadn’t been inverted yet. The therapy approach is a Western phenomenon grafted on becoming popular with Lee Sannella’s work and the widespread acceptance and popularity of the term “kundalini syndrome.” As your guest aptly stated, what you put your attention on tends to grow. If you place your attention on being afflicted with a syndrome - you seek therapy. If you place your attention on Kundalini Shakti as the Great Mother Goddess then Her Presence, love and support in your life will grow. 🌺❤️
I am not a psychologist but a practitioner and teacher of tantra yoga in the West but I understand why it can be called a 'syndrome': if you live in an ashram or within a spiritual framework, the awakening of the kundalini is part of the process. But If you live in the western world the meeting with this amazing energy could be due to exposure to a severe trauma or a spiritual practice you picked up on RU-vid - you have no framework to understand what is happening to you during this awakening. Then it's a 'syndrome' and a scary experience that needs to be 'fixed'. Don't dismiss psychology - a good therapist, even if they have never heard the word 'kundalini', can help do some of the integration of this experience. Sometimes he can be better than a spiritual teacher who doesn't understand what really happened to you.
