We didn't go to the beach while in VinWonders/VinWorld. We changed hotels to the Best Western Hotel in the southern part of the island for their private beach and nearby water activities. You can check my Best Western Hotel video for further information.
I booked through the hotel I stayed as a package tour, costing 1,400,000 VND per person. It includes 4-island tour with a speed boat, ticket to Aquatopia water park and one way cable car ticket from the water park to Sunset Town. Hope this info helps you.
There is no entrance fee. You will need to order food and drinks at the entrance counter before going inside. I didn't know of any minimum rate or spend there. Wish you have a wonderful trip.
