This is a new method ive seen i always nailed them to a board and peel the skin backwards. Ive never seen someone filet them similarly to a bass or other fish.
I've done it that way as well. I prefer to hang and peel them, but when you can't hand or nail them, you can do it this way as well. Thank you for watching 😀
I wish you could see how happy I am with you, dude 😂😂. Thanks for posting the disaster parts as well, because those are just as helpful as the idea itself. What I'm going to do is clean the joints thoroughly with a special cleaner and sand them before glueing together. Thanks a lot from Madrid Spain. 👍🏼👍🏼
I feel like this video does not give enough instruction to a complete beginner to be able to fillet a catfish on their own. I believe more instruction and steps would benefit beginners.
I put crushed sugar beets out last Friday and you could see where they were pushing their noses down in it. It was gone by this morning; basically three days.
Got some to make one, I’m not doing the screw on T fitting, more items to fail along the way lol, think I’m just gonna do a quick fitting and a air chuck
Leaving the wrapper on a rod is a sin!! Sure they can get a little dirty but just take a little fine grit sand paper and clean it up. It is a tool and you lose your grip with the plastic on there. If you get a pit in it, take a wine cork and 80 grit sandpaper and mix the cork powder with wood glue and fill your holes. Rods and reels need to look good but more importantly they're tools so make sure they work properly and use them the way they're supposed to. Thanks for the video. Tight lines!
I’m sure you know this, but the Boss isn’t even the cheapest Killer Instinct crossbow, let alone cheapest crossbow on Amazon with decent reviews (there are much cheaper ones available). The arrows that come with it are way to light, hence the comments who say their limbs snapped. With an upgraded scope and heavier arrows (like the 20” Piledrivers with a 125 grain Swhacker broadhead) you have a great crossbow. I’ve had mine for quite awhile with zero issues and meat in my freezer! Great review though, I appreciate your no nonsense approach.
Hey dark reel action dobyns rod's are extremely well balanced and the guides are sloped to help if you get any line tangle's they also help to get better casting distance. Good choice thanks for the video and God bless you and your family.
very good review!! for me its my 2nd cross bow and i am in love with it :) shoots way faster than my other although i can cock my other without a cocking device i cannot with this bow! it is a lil heavier as you said than my other but its also quite a bit longer overall as well, mine is the model lethal 405 which has a fixed stock and non illuminated scope, the illuminated scope would be an upgrade for sure the crosshairs are very small and fine for us old guy but my other crossbow had a peep site and pins so scope still an upgrade so far no issues with cope zero creeping been in use a week driving dirt roads to and from hunt spot,
