Good Morning Matt, thanks for your insight. We are always trying new ideas out and different styles of presenting homes for sale. We may not always get it right but our clients always have the final sign off. The speed is deliberate - most video engagements for property sales fall off after 2/3 minutes so it’s just a snap shot - to showcase this house in full would take 8-10 minutes which is too long for most to engage with. Ps - thankfully we don’t have a 14 year old alcoholic in our employment. 😂
Portrait mode? Really? Make me feel like I'm actually looking round, not like I'm looking at the home through somebody else's Samsung. And, slower, it's like you've had a 14year old who's sunk a litre of cider do the video.
