I'm a little dismayed, but it's understandable why a statue was elected for him. His only mistake was to be pressured by minor political reasons surrounding the maximum performance of Titanic. Had Captain Smith just reduced Titanics speed by half, it would have survived.
Thanks for the video. A very nice description of the towns and history. The last town with the miniature riding train was really nice and the model railroad and town built outside was very creative.
City Sightseeing are the only open-top bus company operating in Segovia. Friday-Sunday in March every 30 minutes from right by the Aqueduct. I think they go to daily some time in early April
Nice and very detailed description of the city, but did you mention that the big Chemical/Pharma Company Bayer was founded here and many of the most historically important medicinal products like Aspirin, sadly Heroin, and Sulfonamide (the first wide-spectrum antibiotic/Nobel Prize) were invented here? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vVAOuYEJVr4.html Additionally, one of the most famous English artists and sculptors, Sir Tony Cragg (rated as the 6th most important artist and sculptor worldwide), has been living in Wuppertal since 1977. He is highly decorated with the Turner Prize and has built a wonderful sculpture park with exhibits featuring some of the most important international sculptor-artists in the hills overlooking Wuppertal. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Y9cS3hPpCco.html And the legendary choreographer Pina Bausch revolutionized ballet and dance, much like Picasso reformed visual art, with her globally celebrated Wuppertal Dance Theater. ru-vid.comwMCApfPERBc ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-F-cV74Mq7KU.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-F-cV74Mq7KU.html Also, one of the acoustically finest and most beautiful concert halls in the world, the Historic City Hall in Wuppertal, as noted by the English star conductor "Sir Simon Rattle" among many other international figures in the classical scene, is not found in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg, but in the first major industrial center of the European mainland, Wuppertal. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ybI2p9c8vvg.html
Well I have to say, your video is the most helpful of all on YT. We will be spending our holiday on Sal this February. Thanks to you I am sure we will enjoy it😊Thank you.
Thanks, you are correct, I got my wives of Henry muddled up (I did the script and recording just after visiting Hampton Court Palace and got my timelines muddled up!)
This seems a very a very bice city, I hope I can visit again sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much!
This is my first "proper" video from my recent trip to Saarbrücken. I'm hoping to start making longer videos for all my trips, so any feedback comments or suggestions are welcome. I certainly know the sound and volumes need a bit of working on for future videos.
