Good skills by doing that left.❤ I been training Judo cince -77 and I am a instructor now. We have one office working guy that is 65 years old. He did a bone mass measurement and the nurse asked him: -Are you not a construction worker? -No i work with computers sitting at a desk.. -But you got so dense and strong bones, she said! He have been traning for many years continually (when bone strengthening is a SLOW process = many years) I recon that the repeated shock/inpact that the body takes is contributing to make up a stronger bones, instead of doing the opposite..😂❤ (You hear clearly the thump when blue lands WITH another human on top of him! Our bodies are fantastic! 🎉❤ )
Are there any more finger grip forms in Judo? I’ve been experimenting with different ways to grip without fabric and it seems like there’s one that uses all 5 fingers but only 2 are in contact with skin, can’t figure out how to make it strong enough to lift weight
Why does judo look so easy with the trips? I've never tried it and will be soon, and know it won't be easy at all and Im sure Ill be peeling myself off the ground every 5 seconds, but can anyone explain why it looks so easy in comparison to BJJ for example. Genuinely curious.
Well done to both, result was expected. Black belt could have thrown him a touch softer was obvious from his first grip up he wasn’t that experienced. Light wazari and hold…
He's not a child. A lot of people respect you more when you actually fight them instead of just going light. I knew this guy before the fight and knew he could take it.
