Dunno how I ended up here but you gotta move closer to the tee. That would hardly be called a strike at least in my baseball brain. Maybe your practicing making contact for serially wider strike zones or something? As it is though your swing isnt optimal because you're too far away, causing you to reach just to make contact, lowering power and getting you off balance mid swing. That's also why every single time the ball goes towards right field, along with the fact you're hitting the ball right on the tip of the bat rather than in the barrels 'sweet spot'.
Practice bro, what me and my friend do is practice basic flick throws and the get further and further till we can’t throw far enough with just a simple shoulder and arm twist.
