Always store your albums vertical laying then flat is a good way to warp them. Also some of your prices are to high and some are to low. Also cover damage will drop the value drastically it can literally turn a 100 dollar record in to a 5 dollar or 99 cent record.
Mom's House is wonderful but I love your dedication to your mom. I know it's from Love but it can also be tasking and wearing. Her care will come in God's time and it will be perfect.

Wow, I’m not sure where you’re getting those prices but if you can actually sell for that amount, you need to hit up a few rural southern Ohio stores and resale them because probably 75% of those cost about half or less of what you have them estimated. I literally just bought LA women, first press with the cut corners and window in vg+ condition for $20. Elton John GYBR is at the same store, black rainbow mca label for $15.
I thought i seen 2 yardbirds records on your collection buy video?? Also you really have 2 do your homework on introducing the beatles albums. It was Heavily bootlegged and most copies are worth mabey 5 to 7 bucks. But if you have originals than you have a small fortune. Cool video thanks!
@@heavybliss Just doing the best I can using sold comps on eBay. I’m admittedly new to buying and selling records with much to learn and I’m appreciative of any help from those who know more. Hey btw used records cant be Mint Condition. Its impossible. VG+ is the max you can rank a used record especially stuff thats decades old. Anything thats been played a few times is automatically VG+. Just saying because if you rank old records MC even if they appear to look good and someone buys them and hears cracks etc they might get upset. Usually only brand new records are marked Mint Condition as they are brand new so thats all they can be.

Nice haul. You are correct in that which pressing, then condition is paramount to value. The Beatles Magical Mystery Tour LP from Germany has to be the alternate cover and a 1971-1973 Horzu or Apple pressing. Look it up on Discogs. A mono US or UK pressing of Magical Mystery Tour is also more valuable than a stereo one. As others have noted, Introducing The Beatles is the most counterfeited album of all time! There are websites devoted to explaining what you need to determine if your copies are legit. Look up Bruce Spizer or Perry Cox, they are Beatle experts. If any of those Introducing The Beatles LPs have "The Beatles" printed on the label below the center hole, then they are most likely fakes. Any label with the words stereo is likely genuine, provided "The Beatles" is above the center hole.

All major artists! This stuff was so common 10-25 years ago. Foxing, ringwear, writing on covers! You can keep them; I'll take my cds. You got your money worth as these will resell for triple at least.
I’m the CD generation myself and have a sizable collection, so I definitely get that. But I also enjoy the nostalgia of the large covers and warmth of the crackling vinyl as it plays from time to time. Thanks so much for watching!!
@@BamaJaybirdResell 30 years ago it was cheaper and easier to find certain older titles on cd. Now almost all of it has been put onto cd and usually in deluxe reissue form with bonus material. Don't discount a collection of 45's especially punk, soul, or any collection clean and with a picture sleeve or company sleeve. I don't get how almost everyone threw away the sleeves on those. The 45's have the hit mix and when one goes to the album, it often isn't the same. I collect cd singles as well but they didn't become a thing until the early 90's and then they were only promos typically. That format never really took off much.
@@Pluralofvinylisvinyls Lol! Definitely not an expert over here, learning more everyday. Doing the best I can with sold comps on eBay and I too was surprised that some people would pay that much since this is an easy copy to come by. But there were several comps in the $70-90 range. That said I’m sure I probably missed on a some of them, but I’ll work on prices more as I create the listings. Certainly no intention to mislead, just enjoy documenting the process. And either way, I’m confident it will sell for way more than I have in it and that’s all that matters at the end of the day. Thanks for watching and any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

You should be showing the promo white labels and the Moby grape LP is rare if the guy is flipping the middle finger bird . I used to have both. They quickly air brushed out his finger

It will be plus shipping. Lots of variables on pricing for most of those in the video. I based most of my comps on good to very good condition sold listings, with some exceptions for those in the best condition. I also fully expect to take and send offers, which will no doubt influence actual profit. But like I said in the video, I expect to sell everything for at least 2/3 or more of the comped value.
Bro! I’ve missed several of your vids and I’m just now seeing this one. As far as a tip to save money is tagging onto your free goods theme. Dumpsters and curbside trash. I just checked my top five sales from the past 90 days came from there. A vintage skateboard board for $225 and four pairs of boots that ranged from $140 to $100 dollars. You would be surprised how much money people throw away. When I source these items I’m not digging in dirty trash cans. Stuff that is sitting next to the trash can. For dumpsters I look for “clean” dumpsters. No restaurants, grocery stores or other such food vendors. Clothing stores, home goods, bookstores and things of that nature. This came about by accident sourcing free boxes. On an unrelated note what are some of your favorite hymns? Old Rugged Cross and How Great Thou Art come to mind for me.
That’s awesome!! Nothing better than free!! As far favorite hymns go, it’s so hard to choose!! I really like a lot of Fanny Crosby’s songs such as Redeemed and Draw Me Nearer. I also really like Jesus Paid It All and Won’t It Be Wonderful There. There’s just too many good ones!! We sing mostly out of the red back Church Hymnal. It has lots of the Stamps Baxter songs in it from the first half of the 20th century.
Great tips. I found that the thermal printer saved me a lot of time, but I bought it before the QR codes launched. I still think that is a solid first investment for new sellers.
