I have the same car. I love it - except for the electronic parking brake and hill hold - which I HATE with a passion. Whatever happened to the manual handbrake which was so simple ... and which you didn't have to search for. They are unnecessarily complicated and, in certain circumstances, downright dangerous. After six years I still can't get my head around all the permutations.
Hi there. It's a great car to drive - very comfortable, excellent fuel consumption and neutral 'status'. Storage and access via the hatch back is excellent. However the electronic dual parking brake set up is awful and the infotainment screen is complicated and dangerous to use except when parked and so is the climate control system. Otherwise I really like it. On reflection I think I should have seriously considered a Toyota Corolla hatchback. I'd advise you to drive the golf AND play with ALL the controls to see if they would also be a bother for you. Good luck. 😁
@@macalacalan1175 ohh thanks so much for that. I actually saw One with a very low mileage of 41,000 km. Which I didn't find anywhere else for a 2016 golf.. so I am like. I won't let this go
