Can you do a video on setting up the Administrator Fingerprint please. We are following directions but only get a flashing blue light. Not green. Nor can we Delete All Fingerprints. You are the only video about the Safeacet Safe!
Hello, If you go into the Tuya Smart App, select the device, click family on bottom left, then use the plus sign in the top right to add new fingerprint. The administrator is the first one that you put on the app. If this doesn't work, I would recommend deleting the app and then reinstalling. If that doesn't work, then you should try a different phone to set it up. I hope that is helpful :)

I need your help. I just installed mine today. But when set to cool, its blowing hot air. My original wiring was R,RC > RC Y > Y G > G C > C W > W W2 > W2 I dont know what i do wrong
Hello @ngurahvanlaere, Here is how my system was wired on my old thermostat: C (Blue Wire) G (Green Wire) Y (Yellow Wire) W or O/B (Orange Wire) R (Red Wire) W2 (White Wire) Y2 (Black Wire) Here is how my system is wired with the new thermostat: RC (Red Wire) C (Blue Wire) Y1 (Yellow Wire) G (Green Wire) O/B (Orange Wire) W1 (White Wire) W2 (Black Wire) Also, try to re-do the setup process. It asks a couple important questions like type of unit and wires you may or may not have. I hope this helps my friend. Please let me know if I can assist further.
