This works for me. I have 46 seeds and only found one that is suitable for germination. Good thing is that one seed germinates and just planted on the soil. Thank you for sharing.
I just found your video on pomegranates after my fiance told me his neighbor grows them in Centreville! Encouraging to see that we can grow certain fruit and flowers in VA!!
I am in zone 8a. Should I be overwintering my Russian pomegranate tree? I planted it in late February this year. Your video inspired to do plant it. 😊 Thanks!

I use a citrus press to juice pomegranates, it's the easiest way to juice them, I prefer juicing pomegranate fruit, especially when the seeds are hard. To sweeten a sour pomegranate juice, it can be mixed with a sweater juice.
I've never heard of kaolin clay. Thank you for this tutorial. Does the clay wash away easily when it rains or does it stick to the fruit inspite of the rain? How many times do you spray per week if it is not raining?
It get washed away when it rain, so you have reapply it. As long as there no rain you don’t need to reapply, until the fruit get bigger the. You want to reapply to cover the new growth surface
Hello brother I live in Northern Virginia as well and I am interested in planting pommegrantes and figs that are compatible with our zone and I wanted to ask you if it’s possible to get some cuts of trees so I can plant them in the backyard. Thanks much brother
First of all, I want to say that, without a doubt, your video, out of the hundreds of videos that I watched, was the best in showing me exactly what to do. Your camera angles were perfect! However, with that said, I am so disappointed because here I am at the end and I think you must’ve gotten anxious cause you were almost finished because you stopped the details when the roof panels went in! LOL! But still… thank you for getting me this far!!
Are they gonna produce the same kind of fruit. Or are they gonna be smaller and sour variety. I saw in another video that from seeds or from runners are not the same type or fruit. They will just give a smaller version and not sweet.
In Romania Jujube are also caled Dobruja Dates. A romanian research station colaborate with a chinese institute regarding implemating Jujube in south of my country. I have eaten few fruits today and I extracted seeds. 10 viable seeds from 12 fruits. Now... How can I preserve the seeds until spring? If I will let it germinate, untill april-may when jujube get leaves again all new plants will be dead.
I came across your channel and I’m in south central Virginia zone 7B. I think me and you have the most diverse and exotic garden in Virginia 😂 Also when u air layer a big portion like that u need to prune allot of the plant to match the size of the roots. It will grow faster and re-establish itself quicker growing more robust.
